Remarks

The admission process held offline in 3 steps. First, one application form fills up the second one documents submission and counseling and the third one is fee payment. Minimum 50 % marks in history needed.

Our department had 46 seats available They had five permanent teaches All of them were Ph.D. holders. I am very passionate about ancient Indian history. I want to become a historian. 3 years and the difficulty level of the exam is too hard

The total admission fee was 2000 During the first year 2000 Second and third-year 700 Swami Vivekananda scholarship was available if get 65% marks per year in graduation and fee concession also available if the financial condition is weak

Freshers, teachers' day, Holi, Saraswati puja, all festivals held nicely by the students. Our library is very big. There are all books are available. Our classroom is soo big. There are 200 students in each and every room.

The course curriculum and faculty members are good. I chose this because English is my favourite subject.Also it you study English there are lots of opportunities present here. Student ratio is 100-120 student per department.There are 26 courses available The faculty is very standard.Teaching Method is very good because attendence is strictly followed by our college.One of the reasons teachers are committed to us .They try their level best to teach us in short time.There are projectors also used in our classes.Overall it is satisfactory. Every term exam happens in 6 months. It is very difficult to pass those exams.As our college is under VIDYASAGAR UNIVERSITY,so questions are set by them.Thats why exams are very difficult to pass.

I wanted to explore the CS stream from the beginning so I joined this program. The faculty: student ratio in BA is good and is around 1:7. All the teachers are well equipped and have complete knowledge of the subjects they are teaching. The exams were difficult as compared to the SPPU endsem exams, but that is expected from a college of such repute.
