DESCRIBED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY COLLEGE IIT ISM

Remarks :

My admission was through Jossa counseling. I was in a general category. My teachers told me that IIT ISM is a good college with a lot of opportunities. So seeing my rank I placed IIT ISM petroleum engineering at top of my priorities. And as we all know the opportunities that are provided in IITs. So I was very glad that I got admission to one of the prestigious colleges of India.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Basically, there are a total of 90 seats in the petroleum engineering department of IIT ISM. With a faculty of 13 members. Some of the professors have over 30 years of experience. Some of the professors are part of the Royal Society. The course covers the fundamentals of Petroleum engineering and also covers the topic of natural gas.

Internships Opportunities :

Enthusiastic students as well as average students everyone get equal internship opportunities. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Goldman Sachs, other IT companies, and core companies like ONGC provide internship opportunities.

Placement Experience :

Employment opportunities are just awesome. There is almost 100% placement in IT branches with the highest package as 90lakh/year. The placement of other branches is also good. Almost all the students who sit for placement get placed other students abroad for higher studies or prepare for other exams.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fees for the course id 100000/year. As it is IIT you get all kinds of reservations. There is a scholarship for EWS students. There is a scholarship for students who come under SC/ST category as well as OBC students. You can apply for loans if your financial conditions are not good.

Campus Life :

As I have taken admission in 2020 I have not been to campus yet, but the campus life is like heaven according to our senior's experience. The curriculum just not only focuses on your theoretical knowledge but also on your practical knowledge. There are very kind of clubs for students for showcasing their skills.

Hostel Facilities :

I have not been to my hostel yet. I have only seen it in some video. But by overlooking it does look very promising, we have gym facilities with badminton court, canteen, and mess. And about mess food, we all know how that is.

Remarks:

Best college is situated nearby my home and also as per the review, this college provide best educational facilities, and also it is the best private engineering college of jharkhand and bihar, I got to hear that the faculties of this college a much well and highly educated, all faculties are very friendly with the students, it is also situated in very peace place which is outside the polution and noisey place, where we are able to get pure air which are helpful in study. and most important about placement, here the placement of this college that I got to hear about was very good, approx 70 to 80 percent of students are placed in reputed company. and i am the student of this college, and I fell better to chhose this college.I chose to go to a large university because I like being part of a diverse student body. The world is a big place, and I thought attending a big school would better prepare me for life in the real world. My university has a very strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country. It also offered the specialization I was seeking, and I wanted to fast track my education.I chose to go to a large university because I wanted to maximize my post-college opportunities while still in school. We have a vast alumni network, and this helped me land a great summer internship.I chose community college because I was supporting myself, and I wanted a college that was both flexible and affordable. While I was attending classes, I was also working 30 hours a week, but I still managed to get my associate degree in two and a half years.Starting at a community college was a good option for me. I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve, and this school allowed me to earn the professional certificate I needed to start my career.

Placement Experience:

the training and placement of my college is all about average 70% avery year. every year the student got placed in the reputed company and this is the very good thing that the every student want from every college.

Admission:

The JCECE Board conducts the admission process for the BTech course in our College. It is a board constituted by the Government of Jharkhand for those who are willing to pursue B.Tech in Jharkhand. For getting admission into the M.Tech course, you will have to appear for a written test and an interview that is conducted by our institute. In addition to this, you will also have to provide a valid GATE course. Other than this, our College also offers research programs, and to get admitted into those, you will have to appear for an interview and a written test.

Placement Experience:

I am in my final year of B.Tech and have already received placements offers from some of the best companies. The package we are offered also varies somewhere between Rs. 4.5 lakhs and 10.5 lakhs per year. I personally believe that this is a good package for a beginner. Some of the companies that hire students from our institute include CESC Limited, Genpact, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., HCL Info System, IBM, Honda, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Aditya Birla Group, etc.
