Remarks :

I apply for various nits but later I only opt for BTech in petroleum engineering from IIT Dhanbad. I don't have any quota I am a general category candidate. The admission process is based on counseling of jee advanced marks.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because placement in this branch in IIT Dhanbad is very good and it gives various opportunities in research as this institute is very old has excellent faculty having very good knowledge. Many of them are researchers from a top college in India and abroad.

Class Size : 140Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are very good. College provides various opportunities in making internships many companies come for paid internships many PSUs are also making paid internships because the network of IIT Dhanbad is very vast as it is the very oldest college of India established in 1926.

Placement Experience :

The placements are very good. We are eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester. There is various company visited such as cairn, eswar, etc. And also various PSU also comes to campus for direct recruitment such as ONGC, OIL, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee for a general candidate is approx 2lakh and there are various scholarships based on various parameters for eg. MCM etc there is various opportunity to paid internships and financial assistance from alumni.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very good because there is a various opportunity for students to explore for eg. Singing, dancing, hacking, and to develop various skills. There are various clubs such as , cyber labs,Kartavya , ADCetc there are various events like SRIJAN, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are very good one room is for two members and meal quality is topnotch and fees for hostel + mess is very less compare to others approx 25000 only. No, I only opted for a hostel, not PG actually in IIT's hostel is compulsory.

Life in my college.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is average over all. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Tata motors, Tata steel, Nathcorp etc. The highest package is 6.5L and average is 3.5L as per profiles offered. 60-70 % students getting placements.

Best college is situated nearby my home and also as per the review, this college provide best educational facilities, and also it is the best private engineering college of jharkhand and bihar, I got to hear that the faculties of this college a much well and highly educated, all faculties are very friendly with the students, it is also situated in very peace place which is outside the polution and noisey place, where we are able to get pure air which are helpful in study. and most important about placement, here the placement of this college that I got to hear about was very good, approx 70 to 80 percent of students are placed in reputed company. and i am the student of this college, and I fell better to chhose this college.I chose to go to a large university because I like being part of a diverse student body. The world is a big place, and I thought attending a big school would better prepare me for life in the real world.My university has a very strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country. It also offered the specialization I was seeking, and I wanted to fast track my education.I chose to go to a large university because I wanted to maximize my post-college opportunities while still in school. We have a vast alumni network, and this helped me land a great summer internship.I chose community college because I was supporting myself, and I wanted a college that was both flexible and affordable. While I was attending classes, I was also working 30 hours a week, but I still managed to get my associate degree in two and a half years.Starting at a community college was a good option for me. I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve, and this school allowed me to earn the professional certificate I needed to start my career.

Admission:

The JCECE Board conducts the admission process for the BTech course in our College. It is a board constituted by the Government of Jharkhand for those who are willing to pursue B.Tech in Jharkhand. For getting admission into the M.Tech course, you will have to appear for a written test and an interview that is conducted by our institute. In addition to this, you will also have to provide a valid GATE course. Other than this, our College also offers research programs, and to get admitted into those, you will have to appear for an interview and a written test.

Placement Experience:

I am in my final year of B.Tech and have already received placements offers from some of the best companies. The package we are offered also varies somewhere between Rs. 4.5 lakhs and 10.5 lakhs per year. I personally believe that this is a good package for a beginner. Some of the companies that hire students from our institute include CESC Limited, Genpact, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., HCL Info System, IBM, Honda, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Aditya Birla Group, etc.
