Remarks :

• Faculty and Infrastructure are good whereas placements are not 100%. • Admissions are done through online mode counseling by the dates given by IPU. • The main reason is that Vips infrastructure is good, teachers are really helpful and they gave placements in big companies with prior experience. • I used collegedunia and Shiksha while selecting this college during my admission time.

Course Curriculum Overview :

• I chose this course because i have keen interest in literature . • 80% students are in Vips and other in Fairfield college . • All the faculty members have deep knowledge about everything and they teach from a very interesting method that helps students to understand in a better and fun way to catch the concept. • There is one internal and external exam. Everything comes from the course in the exam and if you study you know every answer to the questions that are asked in the exam and also it is well discussed in the class earlier.

Internships Opportunities :

* Nation times, Skilling you and many other companies offered under internships but they are all unpaid. * I worked as a content writer, and write blogs , web content , articles for the company . And every task is related to the post we applied for . At the position of content writer you have to write content for the companies , proofread content , edit them and there are a lot of tasks to do.

Placement Experience :

* 3rd-year students are available for the campus placements * Companies like Mckinskey , Amazon , Bain are visites and they gave almost 80% of students placements every year. * 80% of students every year get placements. * I planned to do Masters in English after graduating English Major

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

• Fees is high but the quality of education is very good. • College provides internships to the students from placement cell in which some are paid and unpaid . And also there are scholarships for the students who can't afford high fees and who belong to EWS quota .

Campus Life :

* Initio , Meraqi and aungnooj are the fests that are conducted in the college at a greater level. * There is a separate library for the english honors course students in which every coursebook and other books are easily available. * Cricket matches and other games and extracurricular activities are happening inside the college campus. • There is "Rangeet" club that is run by students and alot of activities are conducted by both teachers and students both.

Interview Experience :

• There was a written test paper in which they asked the questions about indian literature , american literature and also there was a grammer section in it . • I prepared from RK Gupta's book which is very helful to easily score good marks in the entrance exam .

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell of the college is very active. Students can avail themselves of the placement opportunities from the fifth semester. I have been selected as a content writer in the fifth semester. I was offered a 4.6 LPA in the esteemed company. More than 40 percent of students end up doing getting jobs. I have decided to earn some experience as a content writer and then apply for the MA journalism program.

Placement Experience:

For the courses like Architecture, Engineering, Law, Mass Communication, many big companies come for placements in Jamia. As my course is a Bachelors's subject under Arts, there aren't many placement opportunities. But I hope to pursue my Master in History after which I would try to get placed.

Placement Experience:

The placements for BA Program in particular are slightly lower as compared to other courses. Most students from the course opt for higher studies but the few who choose to sit for placements find it hard to land a job. Campus placements start in 5th semester and continue for the entire final year. A student is free to sit for as many companies as they like, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria like CGPA, course, etc. Most companies hire a maximum of 4 students owing to the small population of students at St. Stephen's. The highest package in 2021 was 18LPA and the average package is about 6 LPA-8 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Around 70% of the students get good campus placements, especially in the private sector. The average package for the students is 6,000,00 per annum. The highest package offered to the student varies between 25 lakhs to 35 lakhs. My plans are different as I want to pursue my higher education.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good. It has tie ups with reputed news channels. But in our course, the college does not provide internships, students have do it themselves and they have to prepare their own youtube channel for work.

Remarks:

The management is an equally hardworking and efficient team like the faculties. They maintain a good relationship with the students as well as with the teachers and are approachable for both the parties. Their functioning has ensured that the college runs smoothly in terms of presenting itself to others.

The college timings and the unprofessional conduct of many teachers and the office staff has made college an exhausting experience. There are no proper channels for conveying our complaints and suggestions.
