GLBIMR provides a warm, friendly atmosphere for students where one can learn every aspect of the corporate world. The students get a complete 360 view of the corporate world. Teachers give the best of their knowledge to the students and inculcate more soft skills and practical knowledge to the students which helps them to perform their best in their future. For the admission process in GLBIMR students need to have at least 60% in their grade or must appear in any of the entrance exams like CMAT, MAT XAT, CAT followed by GD round and PI. This is the best college in UP and greater Noida which provides the best facilities and quality of education to the students looking to opt for PGDM in future. GLBIMR helps in complete grooming of yours and provides best placements with good packages too in known companies like BATA,byjus, ICICI bank and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The reason for choosing this course is that PGDM offers more practical knowledge to the students. The teachers also have good corporate exposure which in turn is helpful for the students as well. Every student is also allocated a Faculty mentor who will be there throughout the program to help the students. The teaching methodology used is very interactive, dynamic and practical and Examples are linked to the Corporate scenario. The examination pattern followed is the trimester system.

Glbimr also offers good SIP programs to the students, wherein students get to learn working in the Corporate environment. Companies like ABP news, apisero, Vedantu, Khaitan India Pvt. Ltd., prism Johnson Ltd., peacock solar etc come for the SIP on the campus and offers a good stipend to the students.

Placement Experience :

Glbimr offers 100% placements for their students. Students start getting placed from the 5th trimester itself. Good and renowned companies visit the college for campus selection like BATA, BYJUS, ICICI bank, planet sparks, Vedantu, apisero, axis bank etc with the highest package of 10 to 12 lacs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total fee for PGDM is 6 lakhs for 2 years. The scholarship is also provided by the college to the students who have done well throughout their education till grad. Also, Scholarship is provided to the meritorious students who perform really well in PGDM and foreign education tour is offered.

Campus Life :

Glbimr offers an annual inter cultural fest for students named Sankalp wherein all the students can showcase their talents. Various other events also happen at regular intervals. Classrooms are provided with all the necessary amenities like projectors, ACs etc. Glbimr also has a central library wherein students can issue books related to their specialized courses. Glbimr also has various clubs like DEC(premium club), HR club, marketing club, finance, sports and CSR clubs as well. Various activities have been organized by these clubs frequently where students participate and learn.

Interview Experience :

The topics related to GDs were all related to recent scenario of corporate, politics, or abstract topics as well. Students need to have good knowledge about their surroundings. Once you clear the GD you need to appear for PI. Just have proper knowledge of your surroundings and it will be easy for you to crack the PI as well.

Being brutally honest

Placement Experience:

After the 3rd term and the return from summer internship program the companies start to come and by the end of December the placements ends. After that no process of placement is entertained, so it's better to get a job by the 5th term and the join immediately after the course completion.

Since I have graduated from this university, the option to choose it over other private universities was like a homecoming for me. They consider only the results of the CAT/MAT/UPSEE or IUET entrance exams, or any other entrance test for MBA approved by prestigious universities when considering admission to the MBA program. Based on my CAT score, I was admitted to the MBA program.

Placement Experience:

More than 95 companies participated in our campus recruitment drive. Some of the major recruiters of our placement program included Deloitte, Capgemini, Amazon, Axis Bank, Infosys, HDFC Bank, HCL, Samsung, etc. At the campus recruitment program, more than 600 types of job designations were offered. The maximum package offered by the recruiters was at 12 Lacs.

Galgotias University from where I am doing MBA is a private university which is a member of AIU and is approved by UGC. Further, the placement record from MBA department is 90% and overall 100% placement rate has been witnessed. Also, the fee structure for MBA program 3.2 lakhs for 2 year and that is quite low as compared to other college's management fee So, basically for all these reasons, I decided to opt for MBA program from this University.Further, when I saw the placement rate, its ranking I waited for the release of application form and lastly, in the month of June and paid 1100 as application fee. Moreover, while filling the form, I provided my marks obtained in 10th, 12th and undergraduate and since, the admission for MBA is done on the basis of CAT, MAT, CMAT, and other exams, I provided my score of CAT exam. Then, based on my score in CAT exam, I got admission into this college.

Placement Experience:

For us, to get placed in good organisation, the placement cell of our college remains active for whole year and plays and important role in inviting leading companies to participate in placement drive. Moreover, our faculty members help us a lot as they train us to work as a team, enhance our presentation and communication skills and develop positive attitude and confidence in us. Further, our college holds 90% on campus placement record to top organisations like ICICI Bank, Just dial limited, Indiamart, Genpact, EFL, Byju's, HDFC Bank, and others.Among all the recruiters,the highest package offered was 10 LPA by LIDO Learning whereas the average package witnessed was 4 LPA.Since, the placement rate of our college is good and the participating employers offer decent package, I have decided to continue with my work once I get placed in a good company.
