Remarks :
From the importance of managing time to adapting the analytical thinking, it was more like an extended personality development cum corporate insight class which spanned over two years and end up changing my career.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our curriculum was pretty smooth and helped us gain a valuable insight of the business process and corporate operations. We learned a lot about managing human resource, at the same time we learned about managing corporate assets and endless other things were part of our curriculum.
Placement Experience :
Our training and placement cell is pretty active in our campus. They had tie-ups with some of the great brands like Yamaha, Oyo, Bosch, Bata, Axis, Capital IQ, IBM, etc. Placements are pretty awesome in general, where average salary package stands at 4 LPA. Though, one of the student from our batch end up securing a package of around 12 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
My first year fee was around 290,000 INR which was way above the market standards. In total, I paid 5.75 Lacs for my two year program. I took a study loan in order to pay the fee. Though the package which I secured made the hefty package worth the pain.
Campus Life :
Debate competition, quiz competition, tug of war, and endless other activities and competitions are organised in order to indulge students in activities other than learning. These activities also strengthened our team work abilities. On the other hand endless festive celebrations and corporate events made our stay at the GLBIMR worth the while.
Admission :
Admission process majorly included having at least 50% graduation marks, presenting a valid entrance exam scores approved by AICTE. Next step would be to appear for the counselling round. Overall, the admission process was pretty hectic but the management was pretty supportive throughout the process, which helped. My cousins has done his masters from this college and had a pretty good reference to join the college.
Faculty :
Faculty was pretty active and well versed about the curriculum. We learned a lot from them, especially there critical feedback helped us reflect on our mistakes and making us a better individual. Our faculty was pretty accessible as well.
