Studying IT at TSEC,Mumbai

even though the college infrastructure is not very good or fancy the education is very good and worth it .specially for Computer and It field students it is very efficient. The college is also located in Bandra which is one of the prime locations of Mumbai. Regarding the admission process, you can into this college through mht cet score or jeep mains score as well. TSEC Mumbai is one of the good colleges in Mumbai and its cutoff goes high up to 98percentile(as per 2020).

I chose this course because of my interest. The faculty here is supportive and friendly. For few subjects, we even have 2 teachers per batch. Most of the faculty here are very well experienced and know what they are doing. There are 2 internal exams and one final semester exam every semester, whose duration is 3 or 3.5 months .the internals are easy at least for first year and you can score well if you pay attention in the classes

The on campus placements are good especially for cse and it courses. They go high up to 14/25 LPA with an average being 7/8 LPA. Companies like Deloitte India, axis bank, UBS, JPMC, LTI, TCS, INFOSYS, ZYCUS, praxis global pay a visit

This is a Sindhi minority college so if you are Sindhi you can avail financial aid and can also get into the course of your choice with lesser marks as compared to other students. The tuition fees grand total for the first year is 1,68,000(approx); 190000 if registration fees etc are counted

I joined the college in the time of lockdown so don't really have a clue about the fest .but as much as I have heard the fests here are good as compared to many other colleges in Mumbai. Yes, there are various social groups too.
