  • The sitting arrangement could have been better in canteen
  • We need to travel back and forth from one building to another as both the buildings arent connected.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculam of the course is generally well structured and aligned with University standards providing a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical skills. The exam scheduled is generally balanced, with assessments spread out throughout semister.

Internships Opportunities :

Bercleys was one of the company providing internships at our college If you are great at academics and have the skills required as per their requirements. You will be eligible to work through their internships

Placement Experience :

The placement is very great in Thadomal Shahani engineering college. The top placement companies come every year in clg to pick out students. And pick the best students out for interviews. We have companies like JP Morgan, Bercleys, Infosys arriving at our campus to give job opportunities. They offer around 40 packages for each company according to their requirements. The highest packages here have been around 30lakhs and we have an average package of 7lakhs My plans after graduating is to pursue a masters degree from abroad

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fess in TSEC is very affordable. They provide various scholarships for women, special quota students Women are registered under special quota, where they need to pay less as compared to other students. You can avail TFWS scholarship if you're parents annual income is below 5lakhs

Campus Life :

The campus here is very small, though the student coucil makes the most out of it. They try to utilise every nook and corner of it. The social life here is great, people help each other a lot. There are a lot of committees which help students develop their overall personality.

Admission :

Thadomal Shahani was one of my dream colleges as it has a great placement around. My 1st choice was DJ Sanghvi, but due to the strict attendence and college even on Saturday's, I had to opt out of it. The admission process is very smooth here in TSEC And the faculty is helpful when it comes to smoother admission process

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is 7:50 The Computer faculty is Awesome, the engg drawing Professor Mahesh Rao is talented and really hardworking. We have a total a 2 Unit tests and a single semister every 6 months

Students become eligible for placement from 7th sem but the training and stuff starts from 5th sem onwards. I don't really know much about the placements since I'm not planning on doing job after graduation and probably gonna do masters in the future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So to be honest B.E course is a 4 years engineering course and it is not that easy and not too hard also. It needs a lot of focus, hardwork and practice to clear all exams. There are bunch of students who takes admission in B.E in first year but most of the students do back off in second year or some of them gets failed and gets an year drop. B.E course can be more efficient if we follow the teaching pattern like abroads. Less theory more practicals for students to understand properly.
