Remarks :

Textile has a wide scope and it is not choosen by everyone like CS AND IT. So it offers a good scope and also Textile is an evergreen field which means it will have a wide scope in future also. Those who want to go for higher studies like MTECH will have to appear in less competition as only 1000 students appear for gate exam for Textile.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This is a government college so it has less fees with 19000 as hostel fees which is comparatively less than private college.Mess fees is paid month wise which is not included in hostel fees. Faculty is good and the syllabus also is not as much as compared to other streams.

Class Size : 68Course Fees : INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placement is descent and sixty percent students are placed at the end of the final year with average package of 3 lakhs.

College Events :

Several cultural activities like fresher, farewell and annual function take place in college. Festivals are not celebrated in college. We celebrate it in hostel only. Other activities are good. Several conferences also take place in college.

Campus Life :

Campus provides good sports facilities and the library is also good. Facility of e -library is also available. College provides wifi connection also and labs are also descent and provides all the equipment required for experiments.The machines are old but modern labs have modern machines. Several sports activities take place like sphurti and indoor games.

Admission :

Based on the rank scored in UPSEE exam. One can get exam in this college. I scored 350 marks in UPSEE Exam.

Because this college was near about me. And also some infrastructure are good. In my college their are some special faculty available. When I enter this college my fees is also not much expensive. In my college teacher is also good in behavior and teaching.

Remarks:

Since this college is government funded so the fee is less then other colleges. Also there is great job opportunities for final year students through campus selection. Many multi-National companies are invited for campus selection. There is also a major job opportunities through GATE.

Placement Experience:

About 75% of students get placement every year in companies like Wipro, TCS, Hummingwave, Xaro, Mahindra etc. Around 50% student gets an internship in various, industries, national and international colleges like University of Ryukyus, Japan, Air India etc. Mainly students here prepare for competitive exams like GATE CAT and GRE. That obviously affects the percentage of total on-campus data.
