Hindustan College of Science and Technology (HCST), Mathura was established in 1996. This college is amongst the first self-financed colleges in North India and is affiliated to Gautam Budh Technical University (GBTU), Noida, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Students who came through direct admission are is from local area basically Our college provides a bus service who up down daily but students have to pay a bus charges and it's not included in college fees
