Remarks :
Just keep it as your last option. Neither the theory nor the practical classes are up to any standard. The college charges extra fees in the name of excursion trip and never conducts the trip or returns the money. The students of batch (2017) are supposed to get Rs. 38000, and there are a total of 194 students, you can calculate how much money of students they put in their pockets.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is one of the best ones can do after their 12th having Bio. In every semester you'll have around 9-10 subjects and only one good teacher who is actually willing to teach you something. Rest are just some random people who just give you notes and you be your own teacher.
Placement Experience :
No placement for average students. Only the toppers get placement. Placement is less than 10%. Better if you have your masters planned. Only B. Sc. ag from NAI won't fetch you any good placement. Amul, and various other Agribusiness companies and banks are firms in which you might get a placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a scholarship available for Christian students. And to avail that you must have contact. The management is an expert to ask and gulp all your money i.e 38000 per student in my batch. The hostel is not at all good.
Campus Life :
No annual fest by University. Apart from departmental libraries, there is a central library which is rich enough for students who want yo study on their own. And the kind of faculty they have here you have to study on your own. The crowd (students) here, like any other University, has both the extremes and your friend circle will decide your fate here.
Hostel Facilities :
A total waste of money. It's rather better to make the roads your home. A public washroom is better than hostel washrooms. Do not fall in a trap when they offer for hostels. I moved out from 2nd semester and took a room outside of campus.
