Remarks :
First and foremost the college or university is owned by public so the fee structure is feable. Then I got into the college after a number of tests say we had entrance exam, then interviews, etc. so I had the feeling that the once who are gonna be my mates will also be having a high mental standard. Then when we look into the well being for our alumnei, it makes as feel more productive as well as protective with regards to our future. Then it will be the life at Cusat, it is so amazing that we don't know how the time travels, the campus will be always on with some kind of activities. For active students there are always events to engage with.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum, I find it mostly updated with latest versions. But the faculties provided are not that good, especially the guest faculties, there are rumors saying guest faculties are chosen based on their political reach (may or may not be true) anyway guest faculties are so poor that some times students know more than them. But yes, there are certain other permanent, experienced faculties who are excellent namely, Dr. Aneesh V Pillai, Dr. Harigovind, Mathew Jacob Sir, Sherin Ma'am.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done just one, it was in a judicial First class Magistrate court
Placement Experience :
I don't know about any startups from my college, about placement most of the students, I think they don't prefer placement because the packages given by them are low. Most of them choose higher education and rest for practicing.
College Events :
I have already mentioned about the campus life. It mostly depend on the way students see it. Either the way all have activities to get engaged with. From the accademics perspective you are having seminars, classes, MUNs, Moot courts, etc and from the entertainment perspective since we are having a lot of departments, mostly all departments conduct there fests in which the whole university can participate, which itself is enough for you to spend a whole year.
Campus Life :
First let me tell about Cusat Campus as a whole, it's actually too good except the boys hostels. The campus have all other facilities like restaurant, gym, library, stadium, basketball volleyball courts, badminton courts, park, etc. But as I said hostels are unhygienic and badly maintained. The food provided is good. All facilities mentioned above, you will find it very cheap too. Now coming to our college, infrastructure is too poor, actually I don't find it even strong and safe. It's again not maintained properly, not painted annually, not having enough bathroom facilities, a very small seminar hall, a very old library, no parking facility, it goes on.
