Remarks :

I was always a great fan on movies which portray court room dramas, naturally when I git to a point where I have to choose my course I opted for LLB. Comming to the college, CUSAT is definitely on of the premiere institutions in india, SLS is not any different also the location in which the college is situated is another factor. The enormous campus spanning more than 150 acres makes it a wonderful place where you can hangout with your frnds and enjoy the evenings.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course syllabus is updated to match with the changing trends in the field of law. But lack of university textbooks for b.com is definitely a week point. They could have made it possible with a little effort. But this problem can be easily overcome by reffering to third party textbooks or PDFs. The opportunity to select an optional subject during the mid semester is another postive aspect. Students are given a fair amount of exposure to the industry. Mokt courts are another important aspect the college has Put in efforts to conduct koot court programs every semester both internally and externally by cooperating with other colleges and universities. Faculties are pretty good as well. Though so subjects are still thougt by guest lecturers who are not as experienced as the permanent ones.

Placement Experience :

Placement cell of the college isnt something that works that well. It is currently down due to some unknown reason. A few students stilll mange to get placed in deffernt companies right outa college.

College Events :

The college life in Cusat is exceptional. It is one of the kost lively campuses is the whole of kerala. Strating form events conducted by various departments to normal hostel day's. Everything is lit in cusat. It's gonna be the best days of your lives. Cultural events are also conduted every year. University arts festival is one such attraction of cuast. Management festivals and other festivals are also conduted periodically by every departments. MUNs are also conduted every year.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure of the campus is pretty good I must say thought not an exceptional one it process the Students with most facilities including play ground, badminton courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and other indoor games as well. A well maintained library is another postive aspect of Cusat, it has got one of the best libraries in the state with a huge collection of both textbooks and other reads, including magazines. Freshwater facilities are available throughout the campus. Also a well maintained canteen which sereves quality food at low cost is available inside the campus.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are alloted to students comming from far away places. They are on shared basis. Not everybody who applies is gonna be given hostels. It depends upon the distance from where you are hiring and also your reservation status may affect the allocation of hostels students from backward communities are given special consideration while alloting hostels.

Hostel Fee : INR 3000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

A better place for a better carrier

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.

No campus placement is provided by college because it is a government college. After getting degree I planned to practice in Kerala high court and also wants to attempt judicial service examination. I also planned to join LLM at central University or in Canada. In Canada there are many opportunities for LLB graduates.
