Remarks

College reputation. Also CSE course here is nice. Also it is near to my hometown. Consulted a few seniors and then decided on coming here. For the course, I always liked coding. From 10th grade to my +2 I liked coding and hence I took this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is a little behind in my opinion but, the the academics and faculties are very nice. The facilities take an extra step to help those who are struggling with the course. The mentors we get act like our parents ( for those who will live in the hostel)

Some good Day 0 companies come and selects students. The highest package was given of 39 lakhs CTC by Adobe.

College Events

There are clubs to join. You can choose from any of the clubs. There comes a fest near the end of the year called KIITFEST where people enjoy themselves. You will get notified about the recruitment process of these technical and non-technical societies.

Campus Life

Campus Infrastructure is top notch. New buildings are seen being made quite often. We have a library called central library which is the biggest in the city and with top notch facilities and various kinds of books.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

The brand name to KIIT is massive.It is well known among all people throughout the nation.It is also an Institute Of Eminence(IOE).The college provides a 100% placement in the B.Tech course will an average salary of 3.4-4 lakh per annum. Moreover,the highest package of the 2019 batch was 39 lakhs per annum given by Adobe.In 2020,due to the effect of coronavirus pandemic the highest package of this college has dropped to 30 lakhs per annum(given by Amazon),still that's a massive package.
