Remarks

It's packed with the best faculty and also it's the nearest college from where I stay. It has an amazing environment and noise pollution free. It's easy to find transportation also. The college has a lot of extra curriculum activities and provides even counseling. I took up Sociology because I grew up believing I would become a social worker. The college has also produced a good number of toppers and is considered one amongst the most cleanest college in Kohima.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses always followed the Nagaland University concept and provided as enough as any Student would need. The college also has a well equipped library where students can refer and learn and also provides internet based learning method. The faculties are extremely educated with years of experience. It literally has a well balanced number of required Proffesors who are well off in their own field.

College Events

The college always holds cultural day and a lot of programs like annual day, literary day, teachers day, social parting days also, though the Annual Day is the biggest day for the college where students comes together and showcase their talents.

Campus Life

The college has an indoor stadium with badminton Court that provides opportunities to both male and female students on alternate days to practice and play. The college has a well equipped library with the latest updated materials where students can learn and enhance their knowledge without having to go out and find some other open libraries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i have strong interest in this subject and I believe this course will help me achieve my career The timing for exams in our college is 1hour or 45 mins I don't think there's any suggestions for improvements with the course that im taking so far so good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ever since I was a kid I was always interested in studying history. Infact it was my favourite thing to study. I took up this course because It's fun to study history. As an aspirant taking up history helps me to be more aware of the dates and names for the competitive exams. I think there are no improvements or changes to be made in this course as the lectures teaches so well. If you are taking history as your honors then I suggest you to study everyday and not wait for the last moment as this course is very vast and not easy for one night preparation

Course Curriculum Overview:

At 11th and 12th standard i was introduced to Education subject where there were parts of Psychology and it really attracted me and also the big reason why i choose this course is because there is not much attention given to mental heath in Nagaland even tho its a serious issue here, People tend to called those mental Illness as having abnormality in the brain and lable the person with depression as fool or idiot, so just to give out a proper care for our minds i choose Psychology.As for improvements there needs to be more practical activities and by that not some paper works but more of an indepth person analysing activities, thats all and also the timings are a big problem as not enuough time leads to dissatisfaction on the paper so the timings of exam should be increased.

Actually i chose my course because i am interested in history And also I didn't expect to choose my minor as mass com but it turned out pretty interesting I like that my confidence level is going up after I joined this college The exam timing is okay (3 hours )but sometimes it's not enough so don't waste time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I myself as a students with political science as my honours. i can proudly say that political science professors are the best. The outer knowledge they impart besides our syllabus is top notch. Test and assignment are given in a such a way it is easier for us at the end of the day when we write for exams. So far i have no complaints for their course curriculum and teaching methods.

I choose this course because science and commerce are not for me. There are more than 50 teaching faculty including security, bus driver and the canteen staff. The teacher should complete their masters to teach. There is only one exam each semester but there are lots of tests.
