Remarks :

CET Bhubaneswar is one of the best colleges of Odisha.I opted for this course in this college because I like biology. I want to go to the research area. Placement facility should be improved. Inface awesome college go for it

Course Curriculum Overview :

Faculty members in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. We can ask them doubts at any time. The course curriculum is relevant if you are interested in the research line. Our teachers also are professionals. They also provide us with different notes to make us understand better.

Class Size : 43Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience :

About 70-80% of the students of our course are placed according to previous year data. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. TCS, Accenture, and IBM are the top recruiting companies in our college. Around 60% of the students got internships in different companies. I don't know about roles offered because college doesn't reveal these to us.

College Events :

Different types of sports field like football, cricket, basketball, tennis, badminton, etc., are available.We have 2 fests in a year one is a cultural fest, and the other is technical fest. Many scholarships are also provided. I also got two scholarships. Connectivity to the college is decent. We have a college bus, government bus and taxis are also available. Trees surround the campus. For extra activities, we got various clubs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this course students have to learn all the subjects for first two years. Hence they are open to all type of opportunities in future. Apart from pure sciences there are courses like computer data science and earth sciences. However the course is not industry oriented rather it is more research oriented.

Review regarding Nalanda Institute of Technology(NIT), Bhubaneswar

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

NCERT is the educational wing of Indian and RIE's are supplementing it. Rie bhubaneswar is produces the future teacher, teacher educator as well as researchers in field of education. RIE Bhubaneswar has different courses like - Integrated 4 year B.Sc.B.ed / B.A B.ed / 2 year B.ed / 2 year M.ed / Counselling and Guidance course etc. Rie Bhubaneswar has various department like DESM / EDUCATION / SPORTS etc.This institute focuses in overall development of students in physically, mentally, psychologically etc. It provides equal opportunity to participate in various types of cocurricular activities. It is one of the best platform to learn.

Placemnet were only in the field of education like teachers for schools. One can opt for companies also.

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.

Remarks:

The college is one of the best private dental colleges in the East zone. The infrastructure is top notch and the practical labs are very well maintained and supplied. The social and hostel life is just fantastic. However the fees might be a bit too high for middle class students and the location might be a bit bad.
