Remarks :

I have heard a lot about the department of English of JB college and also English was a subject I always wanted to study. These were some of the factors which drove me to take admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

We follow the CBCS curriculum which is a very updated one and it's same as the one which Delhi university follows. We were supplied with enough study materials during our previous exams. Also the faculty is a very supportive and friendly.

Class Size : 43Course Fees : INR 4000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placements and job opportunities are good. A students get assured jobs once they pass out. But since I am currently studying, therefore I won't be the right person to talk about placements.

College Events :

Campus life is very good. Also the students are are provided with very good cultural platforms. The college organises an annual college week where all the students are given an opportunity to participate and showcase their talents. Apart from that departmental activates are organised which helps the students to keep up with their talents.

Campus Life :

The campus infrastructure is very good providing very good sports and other facilities to the students. Also the college has a central library and each department also has a separate departmental Library which provides the students with very much assistance.

Journey to become a doctor

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a neurologist. My class has approximately 150 students belonging to different parts of Assam and India. Students' faculty ratio is 30:1. All the faculty are well experienced. They take our theory classes in the lecture hall and clinical classes in the hospital. College authorities conduct test exams every month and universities conduct the final exams in the month of March. Test exams are more difficult compared to final exams.

JB College: Rich Culture and Great Ideology

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a well-known college in Jorhat, Assam. People prefer Jorhat for educational purposes. In Assam, Jorhat is pretty good for continuing your future education. The surroundings of the college is quite green, calm. NCC is there as a full-fledged department. There is a library, Auditorium, Indoor sports stadium. Located at the heart of the city, you can find accommodations quite easily.
