Remarks

I really liked the education system, teachers and environment and the campus as well. I opted this course because media has always interested me. I have always been curious as tohow advertisements and films are made.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is always updated. The faculty teaches us exactly what we need to know about the workings and functioning of mass media. We are provided with enough exposure. We have done a lot of practical work such as ad making, short film making, and learnt a lot of new things such as adobe premier pro, photoshop etc.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Placement Experience

I?m not really sure but our seniors have made short films on a number of social issues and a few of my batchmates have started a YouTube channel where they put up their short films and advertisements.

College Events

There are a lot of different feats that happen in the college all over the year. There are a number of departments in each fest and every person helps to make their fest a success. A lot of people participate in different events as well as a lot of people students wait back in college for longer hours to just see the fest.

Campus Life

Library is really spacious and has a lot of books which can be really helpful. You can also sit in the library and study till the time it closes. You can also issue books that you need. It also has computers that you can use. No wifi on campus

Live your Dharma Dreams at Jai Hind College

I had applied for St Xavier's College Mumbai and Mithibai College Mumbai. I got into St Xavier's and decided to not go ahead with the admission because of the nature of the curriculum offered there. According to me, BMM is a practical course and requires practical knowledge and experience that Xavier's college couldn't offer.
