Remarks :

Mnnit is one the best NITs of the country and has the best placement record, also the Computer Science department is the oldest in the country and has the best facilities. The campus is big ( 200 acres) and provides many recreation facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is pretty outdated to be honest but thanks to our Seniors and clubs run by them such as CC classes, ML and Android classes, the students remain updated to the current scenario of IT industry. Few faculties are really good and master in their areas but rest are just okay.

Class Size : 102Course Fees : INR 29000 per year

Placement Experience :

Mnnit this year had the best placement record among all NITs in India, with average placements of CSE and IT branch crossing 22lpa. The number of companies visiting for campus selection is also huge nearly 400 companies visit each year, alumni network is pretty strong, every notable MNC has atleast 4-5 mnnitian in them.

College Events :

College regularly participates in other colleges fests namely Spring fest (IIT kgp), Antragani (IIT Kanpur) these keeps the students busy year round. We also have Culrav which is our own cultural fest and Avishkar (our Technical fest). The participation is really good, colleges from Delhi circuit come to take part in it. We also have E-cell for entrepreneurs.

Campus Life :

Mnnit boasts a big library with thousands of periodicals and books of every kind, sports facilities are decent, we have a gym, 2 big play grounds, basketball and volleyball courts, the WI-FI is really awesome, new Cicso routers are installed throughout the campus which provide awesome speed.

Hostel Facilities :

Well the hostel for freshers is a big 7 storey hostel, it's the best we have on campus, but right now there are 3 new hostels in construction each is 14storey, so in the coming years Mnnit is going to have the best infrastructure. Right now the rooms size range from 2 seaters to 4 seaters, which totally depends on the year you are in.

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. The highest package is 16 lacs per annum and the average package is 4 lacs per annum. 95 % of students of the batch get placement every year. My plan is to get a placement in a product-based company after completing my degree.

Admission process was very simple. admission councellor was very helpfull. the online degree has same credibility as offline one. got admission on 3 july and was given course access on 27 july recieved books on 6 august very good book quality. job fair after every semester. time flexible course perfect for working and studying at the same time. the teacher's could be better but not a big issue as self study is sufficient for my course.

Admission:

there was no group discussion, interview, or written test for the admission. admission was based simply on basis of 12 class percentage. if you dont have your marksheet at the time of applying like me then you can sign a undertaking and they will grant you admission.

The overall University environment is very soothing it helps students to find nature because there is allot of greenery.
