Entrance Preview :

AIEEE (iit mains), had 30k rank, opted as this college was an extension of BIT MESRA, so the degree and curriculum had a set standard.

Internships Opportunities :

Not many companies visit for internship, I had found my internship externally with my own effort. Companies like wipro and few construction companies had offered internship last year with around 5000 stipend.

Placement Experience :

Placements on an average are around 3.5 to 4.5 lpa which is good. Placements are coordinated frm BIT MESRA only. Companies like mu sigma, Verizon, CTS, Infosys, IBM ,wipro, Ericsson, lnt , and some civil and mech companies visit.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is expensive around a lakh per sem, hostel fees are included in that around 10-15k per semester, it also includes transport , library, internet fee etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Researches under professors can be done but usually that has no stipend associated. It doesn't offer any loan facility, u can take education loan independent ly frm bank.

Campus Life :

Campus life is happening, lot of groups and societies conduct engaging events, gender ratio is around 3:7. Not much college politics is there. Girls hostels gates are closed at 5:30 in evening, so no inter gender interactions after that.

Alumni/Alumna :

Bit MESRA has a strong alumni base, once u are out from extension centres, u are an alumni of BIT MESRA only as the degree and certificates mention the name of BIT MESRA not the extension center.

Exam Structure :

One mid term exam with 40% weightage and a final semester with remaining score. The frequency is fine neither very hectic nor easy.

Faculty :

Faculty in the college are mostly alumni of BIT MESRA, the teaching standards are not at level with IITs of course, but is better than private engineering colleges.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are pretty much decent. Students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester. Students from here have been admitted to many giant companies like Google, Amazon, PayTM, L&T Constructions, Aditya Birla group, etc. Some of the students don't go for campus placements and they either go for higher studies like Mtech, PhD or go for preparation of Government Jobs like IAS, IES,ESE,etc.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to campus placement after full up the declaration form given by placement cell. The new startup and some sells companies perform placement exams in the college. The highest package is 1900000 LPA in swiggy from CSE department and low package is 400000 LPA in purple. My plan to be placed in campus placement after getting degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Facilities members are good. The course will take 4 yrs total to complete b.tech and every branch 60 students are these. This means a total of 240 students in four branches and after 5 to 6 months you have to take an exam.

Internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement after the 5th sem. A lot of services and core companies visit here like Alstom, TCS, HCl, Infosys, etc. Alstom offered 7.2 LPA to 15 students. Last year more than 50 percent of the students were placed. The placement is 100% in its branch. I am planning for higher education.
