Review of Himachal Pradesh national Law University

Remarks :

The college is a new one. It was established just few years back in 2016 but soon it will be one of those highly recognised universities in India. They provide very good quality education with a very friendly environment in the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The PhD program offered by the university is of two years. The course curriculum is designed in a very basic manner so that it could be easily understood by all. There are long college hours which gets hectic sometimes.

Placement Experience :

Since we are the first batch, we have no idea about the placement. But hopefully, they will be good because the placement cell officers and our professors are very responsible towards us. Let's see what happens and just hope for the best.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

the total fees for the two years program of the university is 1.38 lakh rupees. The fees for first year is 86, 500 rupees and the fees for second year is 51,000 rupees which includes all the miscellaneous fees.

Campus Life :

We have a wide variety of seminars and and workshops conducted in the college. the university does not discriminate any student on any basis. The ratio of boys and girls is almost the same in the college campus.

Hostel Facilities :

The college hostel is under construction, therefore the students live in a PG or either a rented apartment. College authorities helps us in finding good rooms and suggests some of them near the campus.

Admission :

I came to know about this college through its online portal. The eligibility criteria for admission was an LLM degree. Then after I have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the University and in this way I got admission in the college.

Faculty :

All of the faculties in our college are PhD scholars. Moreover they have a very friendly relation with us since it is necessary to have this in the phd program. They give their best in teaching us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is updated each year. Even if the syllabus lacks certain essential reading material, the teachers themselves provide PDFs and relevant reading material for the same. The PDFs for case laws, articles, judgements are provided by law teachers to the students so that they come equipped to the classes. There's always a difference between theory and the real world. You can learn and write the exams but it depends on you how you apply the knowledge practically. According to me, the timings for semester exams is adequate. The exams are not at all difficult. You must pay attention to the teachers in classrooms.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen BCA coure and i think it is a good course. I thought that there is a more vancacies or jobs in this computer science field. I will do MCA or MBA after this which is a master course which will help me to be more professional in this field . The systems in which we work aren't so much up to date these are out dated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the B.Ed course, micro-teaching or going to school to teach children is a part of the course. Its duration should be more. Apprentices in the exam should be kept at the intellectual level and not based on bookish knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would have loved it if we were given more group projects or something And would also loved it if some practical activities were held for our batch, Maybe also if we were taught how to work in the private sector and what are some responsibilities related to it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a web designer. The faculties are quite interesting and hard working and the faculties are good. Maximum faculties are quite good. Some have done MTech and some are Ph.D. holders. Exams are mediocre and there are semester systems and likely to be in January and July.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. I am not that knowledgeable about the companies and offers on the campus. Students having CGPA above 7.5 are likely to get in campus placements. I plan on going for government jobs in the civil engineering sector after the completion of my degree.

To get into the MBA program in this college, you need to qualify the CAT exam and get a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in your graduation. As of now, there is no other way to get into this college for pursuing MBA.

Placement Experience:

Yes, you do get placement from the college. Some of the reputed companies along with other companies come in the college for recruiting the fresh MBA graduate. Also, you do get to do a summer internship while studying in the college.
