Course Curriculum Overview :

M tech in cse is basically a two year program which helps the students to gain more insights into computer technology. This college is best known for its research facilities , the different computer networks , the coding culture and lastly the startup cell.The coding culture is very important in today's time as the company are demanding more of the student from coding background.The teaching staff is also very helpful and and they show interest in our respective career and guide us in achieving our goals.

Placement Experience :

The placement record of our college is impeccable . From my batch 80% of the students were recruited in the top notch companies like IBM , Bains and company , Deloitte , Ernest and Young and many more on the positions of Associate manger, project manager , Coding manager etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

I would say that the fees structure is quite feasible . The tuition fees per semester is around 12500 and the mess/hostel fees around 34000 . Total fees including all the other different charges is around 1,68000 per semester.

Campus Life :

Public speeches are held at our college , and various sports activities like football , swimming , cultural events , chess , table tennis are held so as to provide more skill and knowledge to the students. Stand up comedy also help the students to interact with their comedians freely and discuss their ideas .

Hostel Facilities :

The hostels are available at the disposal of the students. It is not necessary that every student who is not from the same state need to go with the hostel. The rooms of the hostel are quite good and spacious with table and chair for students to study and an almirah is also provided for their personal belongings. WiFi is also available in the hostel premises and the connection is also quite good. I have completed many of my projects with the hostel WiFi. The washrooms are very clean as each day the cleaning staff cleans the washrooms. The food is also very good which is made keeping in view the taste of students coming from different states.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are always there to help out their juniors if they face any issue in their programs, any college activity or any social activity. My seniors have always guided me in my subject , sharing their experiences with me, what are the pros and cons of any situation and how one should take jobs in due future.

Admission :

The admission process in iiit is solely done on the GATE score and the minimum qualification is that you should have 65% in the B.tech program that you have pursued in any of the branches.One of the good thing is that there is no interview and no reservations which help more students apply for their program. I have applied through online mode and filled my respective course by filing a non refundable application fees of 1000. Thereafter I was called for the documentation process.

Faculty :

The faculty is really very knowledgeable the average age is around 40. The teachers have even done their phd programs from top universities of the world like Stanford university , London school of economics, university of Waterloo etc. The teaching method of every teacher is different and the level of knowledge they posses in their filed is also different.

My experience in my college.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is preety much good. Students become eligible for placement from their last semester i.e, 6th. Banks and companies visit for helding placements. ICICI Bank, South Indian Bank, Federal Bank has offered placements with 4LPA to 7LPA. For getting placements in a good job students have to acquire atleast 80 percentage and 60% attendance. After my degree i will be joining the private firm job which I got offered in my college placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always had a keen interest regarding Political Science & topics related to it. I think firstly the University's library need to bring in more books related to International Relations. Secondly, classes should be taken regularly, instead of cancelling it every other day. Thirdly, the topics should be taught to students along with power point presentation to make it more interesting.

The overall college is really good you will enjoy a lot

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

tuition tuition fee is like it will depends on the early income of your family if it's lower than 1 lakh there are some subsidies and if it's like between 1 to 5 legs there different subsidies and if it's over 5 or 8 legs the fee is really really high it's like 72 80k for each and every semester and the if I talk about the hostel fee the hostel fees around 30000 semester

Let's know all about NIT Agartala

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are getting offered for college placements. There are total 300-400 companies visit in our college and make around 600-700 offers. I got placed in ORC ENGINEERING having a LPA of 2.5-3.5 . The highest package of 2024 year is round 40 lakhs and average package is roughly around 5 LPA. Around Total 60% students placed this year. My next plan is to prepare for gate exams along with my jobs.

A Good College

Placement Experience:

Students can sit for placement from 3rd year itself. Though it is highly unlikely that placement offers come in 3rd year as it comes mostly in 4th year, but there has been cases where 3rd year students also get placed. Besides placement, one can even get good internships which based upon their performance can later get turned to a placement offer. Many good companies have visited and have hired students from this college.

Placement Experience:

it depends on your course I guess It start from your third year and the education policy have been change so I guess you are eligible from your third year or 4th year maybe companies like Amazon Indigo airlines Infosys and many more other company visit and their offer job based on your skill interview and CGPA you maintain in the whole year. I don't have any idea about the highest average packages and all because I am in my second year right now I guess the minimum average package is 2 lakh per year yeah the percentage of a student getting placement is good is awarded to good my plans after getting this to directly do the phd or I will opt for master
