Course Curriculum Overview :

BA LLB hons is a professional graduation course which has the duration of 5 years and follows semester. The course structure focuses on both arts and laws including criminal and civil in an efficient manner. The days are full of learning and exams are tiring.

Placement Experience :

The college has well maintained placement cell which provides with many opportunities to the students. There are internships for the students to grow and develop their skills. There are also job opportunities for the meritorious students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of the BA llb program is around 1 lakhs 70 thousand which is quiet feasible as per the demands and popularity of the course among the students. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

Campus Life :

The college focuses on its extracurricular activities and promote students to take part in various activities organized by the institution. There are various sports activities and competitions. Speech, debate competitions are also organized. Moot courts are also there.

Hostel Facilities :

The institution provides with hostel facilities to the students. There are well furnished rooms which has to be shared among two students. Bathroom is attached with the room. The students can feel like home.

Admission :

Haldia Law College is a college imparting legal education in Haldia, West Bengal. The college is affiliated to Vidyasagar University and is also approved by the Bar Council of India. To get admission, the student must have passed class 12 with at least 45 percent then they must appear for the entrance exam and then the students will be selected.

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is amazing and brilliant. There basic aim is to impart quality education to the students and enhance their skills and personalities. They are well qualified and have a great experience.

Overall a Standard College; have parallels to its parent college FIEM

Placement Experience:

At the end of the 6th Semester many MNCs and startups like CTS, TCS, Virtusa, Wipro, etc visit our campus for internship opportunities as well as pre-placement offers. Most of the students do crack some or other internship opportunities and get in-hand industry experience. For our batch the highest offer we received is 7LPA and the average package ranges at about 4.5 - 3.5LPA ! Almost everyone does get placed, but the average ranges at about 70%-80%.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements after the 2nd Semester. HCL, OYO, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Dabur, ITC, BYJUs, etc. are brands that visit our college. The highest package was offered 9 LPA by OYO and the average package is somewhat around 4.5LPA. 80% of students are able to crack placements from our college. I am actually looking for an FMCG company after the degree from campus placements.

Distance education in nutrition

Remarks:

The college is a very old and well known one in West Bengal and being a part of the university has helped me learn the reason behind it. The staff and faculties of the college are so helpful and nice that it would be dream to a part of this institution.

Admission:

For the admission process I had to register on the official website and then check out the details of the course along with the eligibility criteria and the fee structure. After this I filled in my details and got a registration number and password through which I could log in and fill up the application form and make the application fee payment along with the first course fee.

The authority should look after the building, accommodation, library and the cafeteria. Library doesn't at all contain a good collection of quality books for individual subjects.The Canteen/Cafeteria is not upto the mark and the building should be remodeled.
