Remarks :

considering the kind of college life i had there , it would be unfair for me to comment anything negative as most o the things were praiseworthy, but i would love to see some improvisation in the placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

the college has a separate building for civil department. it has few qualified teachers, and few are fresher too.the exam structure is pretty much similar to any other college, and for distractions they have sports day too.

Placement Experience :

there were not many placement opportunities to be frank.the IT and BPO students got luckier in this department. there were requirements for sure for the civil engineering in a Delhi based firm but no other placements were held there.

College Events :

it has a cultural fest which is being held every year in the month of March. It also has a basketball inter-college competition ,of which i was a part too. other than that the tech fest are being held annually for each department, one of them is called Yvidh.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

the fees structure is nominal and wavering depending upon the course, but of course its feasible and not very expensive.for my course it was 52,750 INR , and in my opinion its petty decent compared to other private colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

i myself was a scholar student who got a 50% of concession my fee,due to my decent grades. in case you want to apply for loan, its not a hectic job, the college provides 20 lacs -40 lacs in case o loan and the repayment time is also justified (7-15 years).

Campus Life :

considering that i was a north Indian, i didn't face any kind of discrimination or bully while being in the campus, everybody was supportive. the campus infrastructure was really commendable.facilities like free WiFi,air conditioning were available.

Hostel Facilities :

i am not a resident of Kerala so i had to opt for a girls hostel.the fee was 51,000 INR .the food in the mess was good, bathroom, area, security ,cleanliness were all taken care of.additional to that the warden was very cooperative and understanding.there was medical facility too ,inside the campus.

Alumni/Alumna :

the seniors were relevant and responsible at the same time.they made the college more like home by there guidance and the maintenance of the conducive environment. they helped a lot in my admission process and the student parliament is pretty good too.

Admission :

i got admission in this college in the B.tech civil engineering department by the process of 10+2 % and 50% KEAM. it was basically an entrance criteria when i took admission .there is a bifurcation of seats when it comes to admission, in total there are 60 seats and its divided 50-50 to the CEE Merit and also the Management quota.

Faculty :

the college has separate buildings for each department like i said earlier. 20:1 is the student faculty ratio which is in my opinion pretty decent.they give importance to sports and education both considering i was from the college sports team too. it has a friendly environment when it comes to teachers. they send us even or industrial trading for 10 days. but we also have to find the industry to visit.

The students become eligible for the campus placements in the 6th semester. The average students getting placed in the mechanical department are about 30%. My plan after completing my mechanical engineering degree is to go for masters in business administration

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum contains a vast area of nursing aspects and they include OSKI as a new component of the nursing curriculum which prepares as well enough to face the job interviews ahead. But the time limit is so short that we find it difficult to complete the syllabus on time. As the syallabus has changed to semester system we are expected to write exams more frequently but that is good as it helps as to improve our writing skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is a tough and time taking course, the syllabus fine in the first three years but later on it becomes hectic. Maybe the syllabus can be reduced and I feel that five years is too long for architecture degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course mainly because of the job opportunities. There is plenty of teaching and non-teaching staff in the college. All the teaching staff has Mastered nursing and all are very talented teachers. The teaching method is lecturing and av aids are also used by the teachers like projectors. The exams are conducted after the completion of each unit. It's an average tough exam to score good marks. The only problem is that exams will be conducted daily and the personal behavior of some staff may vary from person to person.

No campus placement is provided by college because it is a government college. After getting degree I planned to practice in Kerala high court and also wants to attempt judicial service examination. I also planned to join LLM at central University or in Canada. In Canada there are many opportunities for LLB graduates.
