Remarks :

I would say if you are searching for a education from distance which is of quality as well as cheap I would surely recommend you to atleast have a look at the university or its brochure. It's an amazing university to get your distance education from.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum of BA consist of all the main subjects of ARTS as being a education of distance yearly examinations are conducted/ year the course material is prepared in the Self learning material for the convience of the students. Overall structure of each programme and course related E- contents are been availed to the students on the website of DODL

Placement Experience :

The university do provide with placements to its students. But however those who are persuing there education from distance in this university has to find for jobs on there own as the on campus placements cell isn't however accessible to the distance education students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of the Directorate of Distance Education, Dibrugarh University - [DDEDU] is very feasible for the students the three years of BA degree courses costs for Rs. 7.900 becoming Rs. 2900/year ( Rs. 400 registration fees included)

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees itself is very feasible of the DDEDU that a student must not require for any scholarships to complete the education from the distance.So however there is no scholarships available for distance education students and also isn't required.

Campus Life :

The university has study centres which provide us with all the support material for the course and from where we may get personal counselling so as per the surroundings and queries regarding the university I can say that there isnt any discrimination in the university regarding any body no matter who/ what he/she is.

Admission :

I got my admission admission in the university after qualifying my intermediate education from a recognised board which is the eligibility criteria for admission in the university. I chose to do BA from here instead of any other course because I am preparing for IAS along with the graduation.

Faculty :

The faculty of the university is really good the directorate of the university have set the course in self learning material to support students in better manner also the course is well structured and effective for me. Every support material that is been provided to us really good and help us learn better and the teachers I have met and interacted with are very helpful and friendly.

Placement Experience:

The college holds a high placement rate with a significant percentage of Students security jobs before graduation. The college attracts reputed companies e.g. google ,microsoft , bajaj, oracle,barclays , grow ,etc. for campus placement including top multinational corporations and leading firms in various sectors . Total 164 offers were made by 59 companies during last academic year(2022-23). In addition, IIT Guwahati students have already received as many as 214 pre placement offers during the academic year 2023-24. The highest package this year is 2.05 crore per annum. Placement rate is 72%. My plan is to get a good pre placement offers before my graduation .

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

One sessional exam and one semester exam per month reduces the burden on the students. Seminars are compulsory and they carry marks according to our curriculum and that helps us to improve our presentation skills and improve our public speaking skills. The sessional exam is not that hard and you can score well in semester exam if you solve previous years question papers.

I like physics so much that's why I chose this course and the faculty member are very friendly they helped us with every problem .there are 4 faculty members .there qualification is they all have PhD degrees. the teaching method is very good. there are sessional exams before the finals and it's is easy enough to pass if u study the regular class and attend regular classes.
