- Discipline is one of the best priority of the institute.As well organised,beautiful and peaceful Environment for study.
Dislikes
- As the college is new it doesn't have well organised campus
- It doesn't have all minimum required workshop that are required for a institute
Course Curriculum Overview :
As the developing generation, the nation is quite appreciated regarding moving to a growing economy which provides a new opportunities for development.As it's job opportunity for the youth.But in this era of rapid development nation required well Experienced and Skilled full working staff.So I choose the course of diploma in Civil Engineering one of the technical course available .As I have choosen the course of Civil Engineering and in this era of development it is the backbone of the enginnering
Internships Opportunities :
Internship are available in various companies and organisations depending upon the courseses such as in 1)Gas Company 2)PWD department The companies and roles offered under internship with stipend are:- 1)Oil India 2)Coal India 3)Tata Group 4) Railway 5)PWD department
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees required for 1st semester is 4700 which is fixed.Nothing extra fees required for further expenses for academic.Fees structure is same for everyone.Hostel is not available in school compound.So We have to stay either in PG or rent which cost around 5000.As the fees required for 2nd semester is 1900 following for 3rd semester 4700 +4th semester 1900+5th semester 4700+6th sem1900.As it's new polytechnic so it doesn't have well organised campus and ground . Teacher are well Experienced and supporting.But all required workshop and material are not available.
Campus Life :
The name of the annual and technical festival: 1) Republic day (January) 2) Saraswati Puja (February) 3) Science Day (February) 4) Independence day (August) 5) Viswakarma Puja (August) 6) Gandhi Jayanti (October) A well Delightful peaceful Environment alongwith various of books, journal, magazine and newspaper are available in the library. As School Conduct Annual Sports and sports week .
Admission :
As comming to the point of other colleges I have applied for are1)Assam Engineering Polytechnic (Guwahati)2) Dibrugarh polytechnic. As Tinsukia Polytechnic is nearest to my home town and it also have well Experienced and Skilled Faculty soo I have choosen it as 1st preference and I have been selected,so l have done admission here
Faculty :
As although one of the newly opened institution It has all the highly Experienced, Supportive and Talented Faculty.As Coming to the point of faculty I liked is everyone as all are experienced and focused to their duty.Exams are taken in the end of each semester and in we have 6 semester.3 sessional are taken before each semester exam.As comming to easy of exam level is appreciated and moderate comparing the course.
Night Life :
My favourite hangout spots around college are:- 1) Nearest Medical College which is beside our polytechnic 2) Resort are available in nearby 3)Digboi oil refinery is also available which is little further from our polytechnic 4) Dhabas are also available which are open till midnight As our polytechnic doesn't have Hostel Facilities. Regarding the Safety and Security in locality is Highly appreciated
