Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is quite latest. Apart from books they impart you practical knowledge from the labs. There are society helping you to have latest practical knowledge. There are many industrial visits also which help you have a better understanding.
Placement Experience :
Infosys, Capgemini, accenture are the common ones which visited the campus for computer science students. There are technical rounds and then interviews. Almost 80% of students get placed. Institute also takes special classes for students to prepare for placements.
College Events :
A lot of cultural and technical feasts take place. Almost 2 every semester. It help you have exposure to a lot of stuff and also prominent personalities visit the campus and you have a chance to meet them. I also participated in cultural events helping me gain confidence.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
My fees for 2014-2018 batch was almost 3. 5 lacs for 4 years. You can pay the fees online or via cheque. You don't have to pay extra to secure seats. College provides complete transparency and also you have a lot of scholarship programs which you can secure.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I applied for merit scholarship based on cbse marks. The forms were sent through college and college provides proper notification and process for the same.
Campus Life :
30-40% are females. Parties csrry out on a regular basis so if you want to engage you can have a lot of options There are clubs which help you gain the experience in other things apart from education which is a must for every student. Also politics is negligible.
Hostel Facilities :
No I was not a hostel student. Hostels are nicr and at par with many hostels of various colleges. Mess is good and also many eating places around. Also many pg rooms are available which helps you stay nearby.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes alumni network is strong. You can register on their website. A lot of students are in touch with the institute.
Admission :
I opted for this college because I wanted to be in my native city and it is a reputed College. Admission process is quite simple. Apply from the website and they ask for jee course and percentage. There are multiple rounds for councelling. My percentage was 92 and rank was 1. 5 lac.
Faculty :
I really believe the faculty plays an important role. They are very lenient and help you gain a lot of practical knowledge. The assignments and lectures are very helpful and give you a clear understanding of concepts. They also understand your personal problems and help you face them.
