My Review

Remarks :

My conclusion is the good side of my college. The college management was very helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was smartly designed. The subjects & syllabus were so Fairly designed that it concludes all those factors which are essential for students to be a good professional. The exam structure was also good. There were two sessional, one pre-university and finally the course examination in one semester of 6 months.

Placement Experience :

There was also a convenience for placement by companies. Also for the hospital training and placement in hospitals. There were many companies for the placement at my time that are- Alkem Pharmaceuticals, Cachet pharmaceuticals, Ranbaxy. These companies are pharmaceutical companies. I completed my hospital training in Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in 2013.

College Events :

There were many technical, management & cultural festivals celebrated. A cultural fest was celebrated every year in March month that was for 7 days. It included dance, plays, indoor & outdoor sports, Diya decoration, nail art, mehndi competition and many more. The best moment was the ramp walk. There was also a pharmacist week every November and was celebrated according to its theme. Many national & international seminars were also organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure was very feasible. I am saying it because it includes all the expenses which are worthy for us and no compromise. There was also a facility of scholarship for the students who are economically weak. Yes, every student Has submitted caution money that was returned after course completion.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No. I have not taken any advantage of the scholarship. But there was a facility of scholarship for the students who were economically weak. They have to submit their documents like their parent's income certificate, residential certificate etc. and also have to fill a form of scholarship. Approximately rupees 80, 000 are transferred into the students account as a scholarship.

Campus Life :

The campus life was very nice. There were two hostels one for boys & another for girls and everyone has a warden female for girls and male for boys. There were many more extracurricular activities like sports, dance etc. There was no difference between students of different castes. All were behaved as same.

Alumni/Alumna :

My experience with my seniors is like a family member. They helped me in every situation when I was far away from my home. They helped me in my studies like a teacher. I was lucky that they were so nice. I never suffered from ragging. I am currently in touch with them.

Admission :

I was medical struggler & could not find admission for MBBS. Hence chosen pharmacy field. I cleared uptu entrance exam and got admission in RITM by counselling session. I am one of the best institutes for pharmacy hence I have chosen it. I think it is enough to detail about it.

Faculty :

The faculty members were well educated and experienced in their respected subjects. Few were masters while many were PhD in their fields. Their criteria for teaching was very smart. Everything was well established. They also taught us about the industry, research and academic fields of pharmacy for our future.

Students in the final semester become eligible for the campus placements. 95 percent of the students were employed in the various sector such as pharmacovigilance and academics as well. The highest pacakge was 8 LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. My plan was to join the academics along with that prepare for the PhD for which the college guided me very well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly, I chose this course as it included concepts of Biology and Chemistry, the subjects I liked the most. The no. of faculties in my department are about 35-40 and the total number of students might be around 450-500. Most of the faculties have a doctoral degree and at least their Master's Degree in any specialization and the way they teach is excellent and it's just a rumor that students of Amity University do not study, or nobody studies there or teachers are not at all good. The exams are timely conducted and it's not that difficult to pass the exams as there's not that much stringent checking done for answer sheets like other universities

Remarks:

Every coin has 2 faces likewise there are positive and negative things. But the negativity doesn’t matter if the positive ratio is high. I choose PSIT just to gain knowledge and to study which I'm getting completely. But yes it is having restrictions too but that is to make us disciplined people.
