Remarks :

I have applied to IET Lucknow but due to my low ranking, I did not get admission thereby counselling I get a seat in the Rameshwaram institute of technology and management electrical engineering department. I have applied for the OBC category quota for taking admission here. Admission criteria are the same like minimum marks required in class 12th is 45% and the age limit is up to 27 years old for this course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen this course because I want to master in the electrical engineering department and after doing this course I will do Mtech for the same course. Faculty to student ratio is 1:45. Teachers are very experienced and they tell us a topic very clearly and the secrets behind the logic. That teaching methodology is absolutely very nice and fantastic. Sessional exams are done twice a semester it is the basis for giving internal marks to the student and attendance criteria are also important.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 90000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee hiking policy is very strict you have to submit 40% of the fees before the first sessional exam and the rest of the fees must be submitted before the second sessional exam for the end sem exam otherwise you will not able to give the end sem exam. The cost to study is about 5 lakh. We have got UP Government scholarship fund of 56600 per year for each student for 4 years.

Campus Life :

We have celebrated every year and a tin named Basant Mahotsav and there is also technical fest called electrical Nova organised in the month of November in which we will be present our mini project and models to the college authority and we are awarded on this. There is one social group on Facebook run by our seniors. A bunch of books are present in the library along with the journals paper.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.
