Remarks :
There is no problem with academic structure but management should give more focus on placements and in technical programs.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are lots of seminars and industry visits are conducted by the college authority and this is helpful for us to gain industrial working knowledge. Apart from that some training like CAD are conducted, which is very helpful for us. But in case of placement there is not too much scope for a student to get placed as very few company came in the college campus and maximum pull campusing are happend.
Placement Experience :
Placement percentage of students are not so good. Near about 30% students got placement from the college campusing. The reason is college conduct mainly pool campusing, so the competition became larger. But college take some steps to prepare us for placement process like out of the box thinking, interview preparation etc. which is helpful. Only the computer science department's students (very few) got internship by the college and for the other stream their is no scope of internship.
College Events :
Every year some cultural program is organised. Mainly on the teacher's day. Fest is not organised for every year. But when or which year it is organised, the investment on the fest is moderator. And there is a bad news that any technical program is not organised, and it is very dissapointing to a technical student.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
My course fee is 2.1 lakhs in 4 year and there are many option for payment the fees like we can do cash payment or make payment through card or cheque or through bank challange. There is no need to pay any additional fees to secure the course admission.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have not opted for any scholarship of educational loan. There is no option of scholarship for students offered by college. Students can apply for scholarships which is offered by the government.
Campus Life :
I will not say that my campus life is too good or too bad, it is in middle. Because some facilities are not there which are gifted in other colleges. There is lesser no of girls students. Some small cultural program is organised, every year annual sports are organised, debate and quiz is also organised. But there is no political issues and there is no religion or sexual issue.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel. The hostel is not in the same premises. Good quality hostel rooms are provided and the monthly rental charge is near about 4000 per month. In case of PG in front of college it will be not a good choice as the quality of food serve by PG's owner is not good at all. And the monthly rent of pg is near about the same of hostel fees.
Alumni/Alumna :
Seniors are very helpful and they interact with us from the first day of my college. They never shows any attitude as they are senior.
Admission :
Technical course are the foundation of modern technology and all the concepts are practically made by engineers, so I chose that. The factor for choosing the institute is less amount of admission fees. Through counselling process students are got admission.
Faculty :
There are near about 40 lecturers and near about all of them have master's degree. Some of them are mid aged professor and have many years of teaching experience and few are have long years of industry experience. From the view of teaching all of them have quality knowledge on their respective subjects.
