Remarks :

The placement in my college is very good as well as the campus of my college is very big. There are hostel facilities as well. Also Sports in Walchand college is well developed. Many technical and non technical clubs help in developing an all round personality.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very well developed. Due to being autonomous institute the curriculum is updated according to the prevailing technology. Academic performance of our college is also very good. Faculty members can be better but some are exceptionally good.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement of walchand college is the main trademark. Students are placed in world class companies like Eton, Principal, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, LnT, also students are placed in companies like Google, Microsoft and Raukten

College Events :

Campus life in my college is awesome. Technical events like Vision are very good. Also Annual social gathering games are very competitive and brings out the best from everyone. Participation in technical and sports events like WEST is very high.

LIFE at VIT

Placement Experience:

Students from the 7th semester onwards are eligible for campus placements. Core Biomedical companies like GE, Medtronics, biosense etc and IT companies like TCS, JIO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI etc Recruit Biomedical Engineers. Most Biomedical Students prefer Masters over placements. 80 percent of students from selected candidates get placed. I will go for Placements and I will get into post graduation after clearing GATE 2023.

Remarks:

Location is most likely a factor for me. It is closed to my home. And the another factor is that, Different colleges offer different programs with their curriculum. For example, as an Engineering student, I had a set of classes that I was required to take, with little deviation apart from electives.

I haven't experienced placements yet. but yes the deserving students get internship every year. The whole staff of this college is very nice.
