Remarks :

My college is a "A" graded college by NAAC it has good faculty of teachers, very old and disciplined college, reputed college for girls and i love my subject as I m good in it and I want to pursue it as my future career and i want study this subject to write my own books and also to be a teacher in the future

Course Curriculum Overview :

This subject is a very good subject as it is a literature based subject so it doesn't have any industrial exposure by college but the students can opt to be a part of publishing house and also to be a speaker in MOON

Placement Experience :

Our college gives good placement provided by the authority but as it is under calcutta university though it is a private college so our placement is a little bit restricted still due to well reputation of our college, good and capable students, the students get actually good placement in different companies

College Events :

Our campus life is too good as our college has many society who helds different cultural and social events for us students to participate like world day by planting trees, blood donation camps, Councilling sessions to remove stresss of your students, yoga day and other festivals to motivate the students

Campus Life :

Your campus is very big in size and everything like library, equipment in labs and game room are too well in our college as it is well maintained by the authority of our college and i feel extremely luck to be a part of this college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always liked psychology since the day i took the subject in class 11-12. I was very determined to persue psychology in my graduation as well as masters. The curriculum convinced me more to study this subject and know more about it. The curriculum involves all the aspects including it's applications in the real world. I personally don't think they should make much changes to the curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum is enriched with literature works by British and American writers which is really enjoyable to read and the Teachers make it more exciting. Teachers are really good at explaining every single point in the syllabus. In the history of literature part they give us notes about each and every write a and there works so that we are familiar with most of the part of our syllabus. They does not teach only for the exams but they make sure that we learn everything with depth. We have a semester exams in every 6 month but sometimes it becomes 7 or 5. But the teachers are really supportive so that we don't panic in our exams.

Placement Experience:

Training and placement cell complements the efforts of the members of faculty by organizing value-added programs and providing career counseling and placement opportunities to students. It acts as the major interface with the corporate sector and helps develop the industry-academia interrelationship. The cell organizes certain orientation programs, grooming sessions, mock interview sessions for students of each stream. Moreover, the cell organizes various summer internship programs for students to provide them with hands-on experience, thus introducing them to the professional environment. The cell continuously coordinates with various industries and organizations for the placement of students. It actively obtains feedback from organizations and conveys it to respective departments which, in turn, trains students accordingly, thereby increasing their employability. At Heritage, an all-out effort is made to groom the students for enhanced employability.

Admission:

I got affirmation in this university based on 10+2 marks. The base imprints expected to get a confirmation in this school is 50% in 10+2. To get affirmation, first, the up-and-comer needs to fill the structure. As I have done B.A. from this college, my affirmation depends on the legitimacy list.

Placement Experience:

The college gives great positions to the students. Numerous seniors from my seashore were put with acceptable compensation bundles. Numerous students likewise landed government positions. Likewise, a portion of the students got entry-level positions in all around rumoured firms. I also got an internship at this university. After that, I was placed in the same firm.

Remarks:

The postivie thing of our college is its Ambeince, Quality teachings, and being on of the oldest colleges in west bengal its a heritage to us and as a student i am proud to be a student of this college. In academic ways it clears all the basic and essential qualities needed in terms of studies which made it to be one of the top colleges in west bengal. The only negative thing according to me is that our canteen is open only for our professors not for us which is very unfair.

Remarks:

The College excels in providing a peaceful learning atmosphere where there is no brouhaha of the outside world and the teachers are superb. But , unfortunately, being a boys-only college, the girls can not have the excellent opportunities provided here. As an autonomous college, they should exercise their freedom more to the students' needs. The disciplinarian rigidity is extreme help, but it fires back sometimes. Otherwise, the college is a complete package for those who wants to really build their career and at the same time live a enjoyable hostel life. It is an experience indelible. Students are lucky and proud.

Entrance Preview:

There is no entrance exam conducted by the college. They publish a merit list and tech admission are done through this merit list.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum strictly follows the university guidelines. The curriculum is very tough and extreme time and energy has to be invested to be able to score moderately good. Pass subjects are another headache because you have to clear them too. So choose a moderately easy subject which you think you can handle.
