Remarks :

The college was among the best of GGSIPU. The faculty here is young, supportive, and amiable. It has a vast pool of alumni. The infrastructure is very comfortable and advanced. English has always been the subject I wanted to pursue my career in. This college provides one of the best curriculums of the course and also amazing placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is very interesting, informative and updated. We are provided guest lectures every now and then which exposes us to skilled professors and their lessons. The placement cell brought us exciting and beneficial internship offers during the summer break this year. All the professors are very experienced and have a great deal of knowledge to share. They include intriguing activities in their teaching and makes learning even more easy and fun.

Course Fees : INR 324000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I work as a Freelance Writing Intern at Collegedunia Web Pvt. Ltd.

Placement Experience :

Many international companies like Deloitte visit the college every year. The placement cell keeps up to date with the newest job opportunities for the students. Placement rate of the college is about 85%.

College Events :

The campus life is worth remembering. It is enjoyable. We have almost 5 fests in a year. The main annual cultural fest of the college is called SPANDAN and the students of BJMC are given the opportunity to manage it under the guidance of the faculty. Another huge fest is the INITIO that is organised and managed by the Business students. Both of them are organised at a huge scale. Many colleges based in Delhi participate in both these fests. The footfall never falls below 10,000.

Campus Life :

We have two huge buildings, fully air conditioned. The furniture is very comfortable. All classes have projectors and screens. We have a wi-fi facility. There are two libraries with a number of books of all genres. The labs are very properly equipped.

Great Time At Hansraj!

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell of the college is very active. Students can avail themselves of the placement opportunities from the fifth semester. I have been selected as a content writer in the fifth semester. I was offered a 4.6 LPA in the esteemed company. More than 40 percent of students end up doing getting jobs. I have decided to earn some experience as a content writer and then apply for the MA journalism program.

Jamia Millia Islamia: A Competent Choice for Future

Placement Experience:

For the courses like Architecture, Engineering, Law, Mass Communication, many big companies come for placements in Jamia. As my course is a Bachelors's subject under Arts, there aren't many placement opportunities. But I hope to pursue my Master in History after which I would try to get placed.

BA Program at St. Stephen's College

Placement Experience:

The placements for BA Program in particular are slightly lower as compared to other courses. Most students from the course opt for higher studies but the few who choose to sit for placements find it hard to land a job. Campus placements start in 5th semester and continue for the entire final year. A student is free to sit for as many companies as they like, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria like CGPA, course, etc. Most companies hire a maximum of 4 students owing to the small population of students at St. Stephen's. The highest package in 2021 was 18LPA and the average package is about 6 LPA-8 LPA.
