Remarks :

It's one of the best places to study. It's very good in all aspects. In academics and other activities also.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum gives lots of opportunities to explore the surroundings. Therefore we get practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge. There is theoretical subjects and practical subjects. There labs and workshops to do. And for better exposure to the course, there is a compulsory internship also.

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience :

Various companies visiting the campus as a college have different courses offering. Major companies visiting are Reliance, TCS, Wipro etc.

College Events :

Dyuthi is a multi tech fest that conducted in college annually. It is a combination of tech fest and cultural fest. It's a national level multi fest. Lots of students across Kerala visiting college during Dyuthi. Last year Kerala technological University's techfest was conducted in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is feasible. It's a government College so the majority of the fee is not required. A small amount of exam fee is only required. And students who have reservations didn't have to pay the fee at all. The other will cost around 11000 per year. It's very feasible and completely affordable.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The different scholarship is given by the government. Some of them are based on the reservation. And some of them are based on academic performance.

Campus Life :

It's completely one of the best colleges in Kerala. It's very students friendly. The tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status is much appreciated. It's a ragging free college.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni are very helpful. They always offer various help to the institution. It's really such a blessing.

Admission :

First, you have to give the entrance exam KEAM. The rank list is publishing based on the entrance marks and plus two marks. From the rank list, we can apply for various courses in GEC. From the application first, they releasing a list of students who got the seats. Later we can apply for transfer etc.

Faculty :

The college has an official website. We can get the details of the faculty from the website itself. And students have their own profiles and Students portal in that. On their profiles, they can access their data's. Parents also have their profiles so that they too can connect with the faculty. And there are WhatsApp groups where students and their current faculty are members.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
