Remarks :

No the college is super good and its a legacy that we all try to mantain

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes it is research driven, really good curriculum. We have 1200 hrs of classroom training with high focus on case studies and practical experience. Really good teachers, world class teachers know what they are teaching. Industrial visits are organised.

Placement Experience :

Placements are amazing. Many companies come such as Apple, Tesla, Schlumburger, AT&T, latring, tata sons, humburt, aditya birla fashion, reliance fresh

College Events :

Cultural fest, business fest are held on massive scale. We see a footfall of 2000 people coming to the campus in a span of 2 days of fest. It is electifying and simply amazing. Name of fest is quo vadis. Many big celebs come and set the stage on fire.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Yes there is complete transperancy of fee breakdown. Fee is 20 lakhs for two year mba program and college accepts payment through digital modes and cheques. Most of the students apply for a loan and hence the bank pays directly to IIFT. Its easy to pay.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes I have taken a loan to clear off my payments to IIFT. No scholarships are provided by the institute

Campus Life :

We dont have labs in our college because its a b school. Campus life is superb and rich. College stays alive whole day long with students playing sports in the evening. We have talended dancers and singers in the college who keep us entertained. Superb

Alumni/Alumna :

Not really interacted with alumni. We do have a strong alumni base of 50000 alumnis who are working across the globe

Admission :

Cleared the entrance exam followed by WAT-GD-PI rounds. IIFT is a premier B school of India with a rich legacy of alumnus. It is a govt institute backed by ministry of commerce. It was opened in 1963 for promoting exports in India. Many alumnus of this premier institute are serving as CXO’s in the industry.

Faculty :

83 permanent faculty is available and 42 of them reside inside the campus. Each faculty is a PHD and hold minimum 20 years of teaching or industry experience. Average age would be 45 and we have diverse faculty who work on live projects with the govt.

Good for MBA

Placement Experience:

You're eligible for the campus placement from semester 3. I got a placement in a few companies like policy bazaar and Barclays but the salary is quite low offered by the companies. I opted for none of these companies and interviewed for many companies after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose to do MBA as I did Bachelor's in business management from the same college and the next best alternative for me was to do a master's in the same field as it will give me enough good opportunities and specialization in the marketing field which I always wanted to pursue too. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. scholars and have great experience and knowledge. Though the teaching style of every teacher differs from one another. There is a total of 3 CES, 2 internals, and 1 external for each subject and we have 5 subjects in total.

Placement system is not like getting placement in a week time i.e. there is no concept of placement week here. But companies keep on coming throughout the year. Students generally get placed by the month of February. A number of companies like HUL, Bajaj, Wipro, TATA, ICICI, HDFC, etc visit the campus to recruit students. The package can go as high as 24 lacs for few companies, while the average is 10 lac generally.

Delhi school of economics(DSE) is one of the best B schools in Delhi. We compete with B schools such as imt Ghaziabad and few baby IIMS. The faculties are amazing and the college is located close to my home. Placements are consistent, averaging at around 11 lakhs.

Admission:

My friend suggest me this is the good college. So he give me a number of consultant.So the college admission department conduct me a telephonic interview.FEAT exam will be conducted. Lastly the final telephonic interview was taken by the senior management.

Placement Experience:

The placement and jobs opportunity are average. In our college the companies are coming like giving average packages 4 to 5 lakhs. This is an average college. And the SIPs like only sales profile are coming.You have to sale like insurance, debit card credit card stock. You have to call some other people like cold calling etc. The stipend is performance based. 1000 or Max to Max 6000.
