Course Curriculum Overview :

Considered as One of premiere colleges in India for Design in traditional way of ceramic and glass design which are part of our Indian culture. mass production and new technologies. An extensive exposure is provided towards craft sector, studio based practice as well as ceramic and glass industry brings in awareness towards wider range of production techniques and variety of work environments & work culture.

Placement Experience :

Placements are organized by the placement committee. The officer incharge will help us in registering for campus interviews. Jobs are also posted in students forum. Many design research institutions participate in the job fairs.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As this is a government institution, the fees is very good. Total fees for 3 years is 12,00,000 without hostel and transportation facilities. These are charged in months. Lab and library deposits and uniform charges are separate.

Campus Life :

The is consists of various communities like sports, cultural events, workshop and recruitment. The Disciplinary team monitors all ragging, and other related issues. Any student found guilty will be punished.

Admission :

The college admissions are based on the SSLC marks. Application has to be applied in online with photo. If selected, students should come to campus for interview with original certificates for verification. Upon interview selection, candidates will be admitted.

Faculty :

Industry specialists in Design technology are part of the academic faculty group. They possess a extensive expertise and knowledge of Design techniques and how to do research on new development methodologies.

They don't have written assignments, we only have assignments and jury, and there is practical study more than theory, it prepares you really well for the real world and actually teaches you how hard it is to be a designer we have assignments every week which has marks and 1 jury every semester

Exciting place to study design

The course is affiliated with Bangalore North University. Hence the syllabus is a bit rigid. They teach us beyond the syllabus, which is relevant for the industry. There are workshops conducted on a regular basis to enhance our knowledge.

The adminstration of Srishti can actually improve. Another good thing about Srishti will the wellness team. We have proper experienced people here with whom we can share our educational or personal problems and stress. All of this is confidential information and doesn't go out. We are supposed to call our facilitators by their first name only, no Sir or Ma'am. This actually promotes professional behaviour.
