Remarks :

This college gave me the best days of my life. I will forever cherish them. IIT, Dharwad has given me the opportunity to meet the best of people, who will stay in my life forever. We all are more of a family now. This is definitely my second home, where I learned best of the lessons of life.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very precise and up to mark. B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a 4-year graduation course, so we follow the semester system, comprising a total of 8 semesters. Our college focuses on both theoretical as well as practical knowledge, making it the best of all.

Placement Experience :

Almost half of the students in my batch got placed in renowned companies. The highest package went up to 45 LPA and the lowest was of 6 LPA. Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Microsoft and Adobe are the top recruiting companies. Some of the students went abroad for their further studies. The internship was provided to thousands of students by companies like Microsoft, Arista, Adobe, Amazon. Some students opted for internship from IIT Kanpur and IIT Delhi.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is approximately 9 Lakhs for a duration of 4 years. It is very much affordable as compared to the fees of other engineering colleges. The education and facilities offered to students are worth the price.

Campus Life :

We are equipped with all the facilities from high-speed internet access, smart classrooms, well-equipped libraries with all kinds of books. There are many clubs running in the campus like Dance, Music, Fine arts which aim at addressing the issues of our society. Sports activities are available for students. The aim is the overall development of the students.

Admission :

I qualified JEE MAIN and subsequently JEE ADVANCED, this is the only criteria to get admission in this college. I wanted to pursue my bachelor's degree from a reputed engineering institute, so IIT Dharwad was my top choice.

Faculty :

The faculty of our college is highly qualified and have great experience in their subjects. Most of our professors are retired from IIT Bombay. They train us so well that we get a thorough knowledge of our subjects. The new faculty is aware of all the latest technological advances that can be incorporated in our course. There is a strong bond between the teachers and the students. Our teachers are very helpful and generous.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to get placements from their 6th to 7th semester as whatever basic is needed by them to a company is embedded into them. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and many other companies visit our college and make many offers. The highest package in my course was 47 L.P.A previous year and average is 7 to 8 L.P.A. Almost all students get placed in our branch almost every year. I just wanna do a start-up after completion of my course and getting my degree.
