Remarks :

The experience of mine with this college was quite memorable, it was tension free for me and also I got lots of time to study as everything was home based. I had my MBA degree from here. This college is best among other distance education colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As this is a online and self learning mode of education our course curriculum is designed as per this. We have being provided different online materials in the form of CD's PDFs etc which gives us every details of our topic.

Placement Experience :

As this is a distance education course, we have no placements provided to us by the college. You need to find your job on your but, as Anna University is very reputated University we get lots of preference during our placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee for MBA general management specialization is approximately thirty one thousand one hundred and fifty for first year. This whole degree course is of two years. Fee is very much feasible and affordable for every student

Campus Life :

Anna University has lots and lots of extracurricular activities in his whole academic years. In compare to all other colleges and universities in Chennai,Anna University is having events more than any college for students who study inside their campus.

Admission :

During our DEET( DISTANCE EDUCATION ENTRANCE TEST) there were total 100 questions with zero negetive marking. All the questions were based on Data analysis, comprehension skills, written English test,basic quantitative ability.

Faculty :

I've never meet our college faculty in physically yet I'm very much close to my professors. During my bachelor degree professors provided there was good but this university faculty members are best. They all are very well qualified.

Placement Experience:

All the students eligible for placements shall register with training and placement office (TPO) at the end of the 6th semester as per annexure. All students should have minimum aggregate CGPA of 6 without any backlogs apart from satisfying the criteria specified by recruiting organization/ company which may differ to company to company. 99% of students will be paced. I will get a job which satisfy my both financial and curriculum oriented.

The placement rate is great in this college. Last year placement rate was 96.5% and the second last year it was around 94.7%. In my batch, the most noteworthy bundle of a student was 14 LPA and the least bundle was 6.5 LPA and the most noteworthy bundle is 9.5 LPA and the least was 5.6 LPA. The top companies that recruited us for placements are Microsoft, HCL, Citi Bank, Mahindra, Tata, Wipro, Google, etc. Currently, I am working with Flipkart as a full-time employee and got placed because of my 3-month internship with them.

Overall the College is a good college. But there are too many levels of hierarchy. We never really know who is the main head of the institution because there are so many people like Principal, Chairman, Director, Coordinator etc. The university the college is affiliated under is not good. Anna University is keen on looting student's money.
