Remarks :
College has less number of college transport vechiles. Toilets and other infrastructure is not upto standard. Cafeteria area is small. Sports ground is not so maintained. Classrooms are not smart. More staff is needed.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is very good. Labs are fully functional with experienced staff.Labs day were very interesting actually. Staff was very experienced and we used to learn new things daily. All the labs are provided with best tools and equipments which are required for study and research.
Placement Experience :
Basically this college is a government college so not much companies come here for placements but placements is provided through government schemes like Udaan and many other scholarship schemes started by Indian government.
College Events :
College is under jammu university so all the competitions that are happening in jammu university inter college programme Our college is a part of it. Games like volleyball, football, cricket, boxing, kho kho, kabaddi and all other games are played through out the calendar. College has produced many national player in recent past.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Actually this college is a government college so you dont have to pay much except admission fees which may get waves off if you belongs to a BPL family.Moreover many other financial aids are given to the students of poor families.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No loan is required actually as the college is not charging any fee for courses. College is fully a government college and you dont have to pay money to study here. Moreover for financialy poor students and students of schedule castes and schedule tribes varied scholarship programmes are there which help them to fulfill their expenses of daily needs.
Campus Life :
Labs are very good having almost all the equipments and staff as required. We have a chemistry lab a physics lab and a biology lab separately which can accommodate around 100 students at a given time. For sports ground work is still in progress but college have a big ground and sports are being played throughout the year. Other competitions like painting, singing, debate and many others are also conducted every month and students are encouraged to perform. NCC is also there for the students to guide the students who want to join defence forces in future. Various students of the college have represented college in Republic day parade at Delhi in NCC.
Hostel Facilities :
I selected my brother's room for stay I don't know no so much about college hostels and facilities college canteen was some good some bad both and better to stay our own room. It is not so much expensive then hostel
Alumni/Alumna :
Every student is helpful. Most of the students are from adjoining areas so mostly every student know eachother. Seniors and staff are very helpful. There is no other college nearby so this is the only hub where all the students from adjoining areas come and join so everyone here is almost known to each one and helpful.
Admission :
Admission dates will be published on college websites. Fill the form which is available from college main office choose the course of your choice fill the fee as mentioned in propectus of each course. Wait for the merit list to be published.
Faculty :
Staff is very experienced qualified and friendly. Professors and lecturers are very qualified and have fought various all India exams for their posts. Every teacher is very keen interested for their subjects.
