Remarks :

The college had excellent placement results. Also, I loved the college infrastructure and the location of the college was very easily accessible both by road (bus or car) and by train. I joined this college with a lot of hopes about my future and career, and now I have fulfilled all my dreams and wishes and I owe my thanks to my college SRM Valliammai Engineering College. My department B.Tech Information Technology has the best faculties who have enriched my knowledge in the field of Information Technology and also specifically in software development. I had several wonderful opportunities to attend international conferences, seminars, symposiums and also other extracurricular activities like cultural, sports.

Placement Experience :

The college has the best placement results, the department of placement and career development were working their heart and souls to give us the best job opportunities from the It industry. I got placed in TCS in my final year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

According to Anna University standards, the fees and scholarships are designed.

Campus Life :

I would not find this entire forum’s memory allocation sufficient for writing about my college’s infrastructure and other amenities that we enjoyed. SRM Valliammai Engineering college kattankulathur has anything and everything that is needed for a student to study, play and enjoy his or her entire 4 years of engineering. Library, numerous number and variety of canteen facilities, playgrounds, social groups, NSS, YRC groups. Fully equipped Computer labs and other department labs.

We had the best faculties in our department, which enriched our knowledge in the IT field and software development. I was truly blessed to have faculties who were passionate about teaching and sometimes took our classes to a next level of digitalised classes, seminars, international conferences and also they encouraged us to indulge in a lot of mini-projects activities which helped us to learn a lot in practical ways.

Interview Experience :

I had a personal interview for admission which was very basic about the details of our marks in 12th grade and our ambition.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students become eligible for campus drive. The companies are like TCS, COGNIZANT etc. The highest package is 4.5 lac/annum is offered by TCS. The percentage of students is above 80. My plan is going to be a good employee in a good company.

One of the best college in Chennai

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, WIPRO, BPO COMPANIES, and many more top companies come. Highest package is 3-4 LPA and average 1.5 -2-5 LPA as per companies come. 70 to 90% students getting placements. To be successful is my carrier is my plan after getting the degree.
