Remarks :

The college has a very beautiful location and atmosphere. The institution provides with good entertainment and abundant of knowledge and exposure to its students. They also impart quality education to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Bachelor of Laws is a professional program which has the duration of 3 years. The course follows semester system and and has good course structure. The days are generally chilled with learning and exams are very tiring.

Placement Experience :

The college has the placement cell which aims at providing jobs and placements to the students. The final year students take part in the placement programme and find themselves jobs in legal fields. There are also many skill development programs for the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure of LLB is around 1 lakh 10 thousand which is quiet feasible as per the needs and demand of the course . Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the Institution.

Campus Life :

The college focuses on overall development of the students. They encourage students to take part in extra curricular activities. They have various sports, debate competition, moot courts for the students to grow and develop their interests.

Admission :

Kashmir Law College is a private law school situated at Khawja pora, Srinagar in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is one of the premier law institute of the state. The students should be a graduate to pursue llb and will also have to give the entrance exam and based on the merit, they will be called for the admission.

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is very dedicated and professional. They are well versed in their respective subjects and focuses on imparting quality education to their students. They bring out the best in the students.

LLB at University of Jammu

Course Curriculum Overview:

Legum Baccalaures or LLB is a very fascinating course as it helps us to understand the working of Indian legal system. Law taught at the university will definitely prepare you for judicial exams but for private practice you will have to work as an intern for some year. Universities can work more on providing practical knowledge rather than just book craming the subjects.

Law - The Lifeline

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible in the last semester as it creates a sense of employment in the students. The students are placed in various districts and high courts to make them experience the work of the field they are going into. After the course completion, the students are placed in various legal companies where the packages start from 3 lac to 10 lac per year. The students are placed in various companies on the basis of eligibility criteria. My plans after completing a course are to go for further studies.

Placement Experience:

The college has good campus placements. The average package is about 5-6 lakhs per annum. Almost 70% of the students get placed. I got placed from the campus itself and am now working with INDIA LAW, Mumbai and having a package of 6 lakhs per annum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are 2 major exams conducted each sem . Each sem consists of 100 marks The midsem which is of 20 marks and the end sem which is also of 50 marks. The rest 30 marks consist of vivas, presentations, attendance etc.
