Our college works upon cooperation of both students as well as faculties.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Basically it's not industry-specific. There's no such facilities such as on-campus placement. There's no rules or criteria regarding the visits from industries organized for students. Our institution is based on building students knowledge but doesn't guarantee any placement for students.
Placement Experience :
No. There is no such placement drive or internship. There is no direct recruitment drive organized in our college. Students have to look for jobs on their own based on their knowledge and skills.
College Events :
our institution organizes a lots of events to boost leadership qualities amongst its students. They also organizes several sporting events in which all the colleges all over Sikkim are invited to participate. Our institution also organizes talent hunt event.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Our institution is highly transparent in the fee-breakdown. There is no additional fees/charges that has to be paid in order to secure an admission. The payment method adopted by our institution is very flexible. Students can pay by Cash as well as via online method for each semester and the most important thing is that is really feasible.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Actually our institution doesn't provide any scholarship opportunities to students. Though the State government provides scholarship for local students.
Campus Life :
Talking about gender ratio, it's way different from other states. Here we have more girls than boys. Here, we have just one students party every year. Our institution mainly focuses on culture and diversity. We have no racism with regards to gender, ethanicity, race, sex, religoin etc.
Alumni/Alumna :
Well interaction between college seniors and us is quite good. So far from my experience, i have good impression upon the interaction.
Admission :
i opted for Chemistry honours as it's my favourite subject. The reason behind choosing the college is, as it's one of the renowned colleges of Sikkim and it is situated in my locality making easy to reach. My institution is famous for its well trained and experienced faculties.
Faculty :
we have to attend 5-6 lecturers daily. For my course, six lecturers are assigned to gives their best. All of them are above the age of thirty with experience of about 20 years in the feild of teaching. Thourough their experience, they have developed their own way of teaching which makes it east to understand.
