Remarks :
In the case of remarks, I find Roorkee college of engineering is one of the best engineering colleges in northern state of Delhi. you can even find every stream subjects in which you are interested. so, it is a very good college with cooperative staff and good with a healthy environment.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It was easy for a beginner and exam structure as well. The syllabus was a course planned. It describe the course goal, assignment, exam, sessions and other activities which require for the student to learn the material. It conveys to the student a clear idea of course content. It gives student room to do extensive practice in the form of various problem sets, homework.
Placement Experience :
Mahindra tech, Sona sterring, Minda, infosys, Maruti these all are the companies who gives the opportunity to freshers. simple general steps No Backlogs-get call from placement officer for particular company- attend the written exam for interview round selection-final interview round-Job. Mostly 96% of the RCE student got placement every year in different companies. Indeed, staff prepare students before any organisation come for campus placement.
College Events :
There are so many events according to occassion for e.g in technical there is Tech fest in the month of April, cultural utkarsh fest in the month of April, management fest, FDP, Seminar, Workshops guest lectures. although there is many celebration including the festivals and engineering day.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Although the fee structure is very feasibly specially if you opting engineering which is no doubt having a good future everywhere. you can pay your fee by both the methods either online or offline or you can say by cash. There are no additional or hidden charges except fees. There is always transparency in fee breakdown provided by the college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Like for all other loans, you have to pay interest on your education loan too but unlike other loans, education loan provides the option of a moratorium period or a repayment holiday. which mean the borrower can suspend repayment of the loan till the education course for which the loan was taken is completed. interest alone is paid during the period of course.
Campus Life :
We had a gigantic library that had technical books and journals from various disciplines. The level of knowledge imparted was pretty great, seminar hall, lecture room, computer labs were all digitally updated. The seminar room was enabled and we had a huge sports ground.
Hostel Facilities :
It was good with greenery around the hostel with nice gentry. This hostel is absolutely superb, staffs are very friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge, facilities are cleaned every day, spacious, air-conditioned, locker room, free wireless internet, any way you can explore the local city of Haridwar. Its location is in the heart of Haridwar an easy walk to get anywhere.
Alumni/Alumna :
Indeed they are very helpful in the case for finding jobs off-campus or for further study purpose they can suggest you well and in a better way. Senior students are always helpful for fresher. One of my senior is in tech Mahindra and he helped me out in various way to get a good job or making my profile better after completion of the degree.
Admission :
Because I like machine so I opt mechanical for understanding the mechanism. Healthy environment, cooperative staff, good infrastruture, good gentary. Call-visit the college-like the college enviourment-taken admission. In detail, you get the call for visitting the college first and for the details of fees and kind of assesment. you can get a seat easily only after your confirmation when you see the college and campus.
Faculty :
Faculty who taught us was very young in age with a high qualification not below then M-Tech and cooperative as well. They can explain the topic from the basic level and mould themselves according to students in term of lectures. Indeed, Lecture hole much relevant industry experiences with proper certification.
