Remarks :

Worst management it is now government run under its supervision faculties rob money from the college funds.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is in moderate level consist of more theory based courses rather than practical courses.it has high difficulty level than of its admission criteria.consist of total 58 subjects including practical courses and no option of elective is given to student it is elected by college.

Placement Experience :

No placement related activities has been availed.there placement drive classes conducted by the institutions but with small companies not even recognised by government’s.no placement for students of mechanical and electrical engineering.

College Events :

Tech fest happens on march or April conducted by the last years, art fest conducted on October by the last years,onam conducted by the last years and holi celebration conducted by last years. The college will not given even 10% of the expense even collect fees on it on each student.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

High considering the value of the course.it has highly expensive fee structures but doesn’t have enough value for course offered.it take cash payment, account transfer etc.there are additional fees such as exam fees,event fees etc.there are no donation to the college in time of admission.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Not opted for any loan.scholarship are available based on low income family’s it is done by the government of kerala.

Campus Life :

Campus life doesn’t actually happen here.the college has bad infrastructure.they don’t conduct any kind of activities for the encouragement of the student.it is just everyday school life with not even fun,exploring of the campus.doesn't opt This college for any student.it has no place for student who is looking for a campus life.

Alumni/Alumna :

No alumni or senior student network present in the college.so there is no experience or interaction with the same.

Admission :

Entrance exams of kerala government.A minimum mark is needed for the admission.it starts on June and admission get over by august.classes will commence on august 1. Entrance exam is conducted on april month and result published in may.Admission is more likely with no interviews.

Faculty :

Too bad most of the faculties are not teaching.some have highly qualified degree from national institute of technology and indian institute of technology but doesn't know to teach overall one of the worst drawback of the college.some doesn't Even come to the class.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
