A guide for admission to Dr. Bncp

Remarks :

The management is good as it is Svkm’s college. No complaints

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is given by the University of Mumbai and it includes everything that is required for a student to work in an industry. Like for example the curriculum states that it is mandatory to do minimum one internship during your course curriculum which could be of one month or greater and you have to make a report about what you have learnt and submitted to the college upon which the college will give you grades. The entire course work consists of all the subjects like computer mathematics chemistry biology physiology pathophysiology environmental studies management studies communication skills so on and so forth

Placement Experience :

I had not taken the placement or internship from my college as I already belong to PHARMA business background but there are many well-known companies that hire students from our college like Cipla etc

College Events :

we celebrate one week as aube week in the end if the year wherein We are all assigned a particular day for a particular character for example Monday as comic character day Tuesday nerd day Wednesday traditional day and so on. Apart from that we participate in intra college events that is all the colleges that are included in SVKM then we participate in RX tech fest which is the largest pharma festival in Mumbai.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is moderate not very expensive but if you compare it with other pharma colleges in Mumbai then maybe you will feel it is expensive honestly when I was studying in this college my annual fee was 1,40,000 in my first year and it kept on increasing gradually by 10% every year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I had availed the minority scholarship given by the government of India the college management and the office staff will help you and guide you how to avail it

Campus Life :

7/10 are girls. We have rx college fest. Which is the most famous in largest fest in Mumbai for pharma colleges and my college has been winning the best college trophy for past six years so the overall experience when you participate in this fest is remarkable and you get to learn a lot of things plus the college council committee is exceptionally good I was the editor-in-chief of my college for two years.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes. You can reach out to them anytime via the faculty or social media like linkedin, facebook, instagram. I myself came across one situation and my faculty guided me to get in touch with the alumni and they do have alumni meet once every year

Admission :

I had given Mt-Cet. Which is the required exam conducted by the Maharashtra government in order to secure a place in the pharma college. Since I belong to Gujarati minority I had secured my place in this college via Gujarati minority as they have a quota for this particular minority

Faculty :

If there is no practical in a day then the minimum number of lectures conducted in a day are five and maximum six, and if there is practical so then the number of lectures are two in a day comprising of one hour each. Between the practical and the lectures that is half an hour break. The practical consist of four hours

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my father wanted me to enter into medical field and my interest was also there so I choose pharmacy , as you understand pharmacy we learn about the medicines which we eat , their side effects and many more things . The exams takes place every month to test , whether students understand or not. And exams are difficult but most of the students ace in this exams as well as university exams too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this field because I am interested in the pharmaceutical industries and Pharmaceutical field. There are about 4 to 5 teachers for 120 students in one class. All teachers have completed their M.Pharm and some of them having five and more than five years of experience and some teachers are new to the profession of teaching. Some teachers are very good at teaching but some teachers are not that well. We have to give a semester exam every eight month and each semester consists of 5 to 6 subjects and questions are pretty much hard.
