College management is very strict.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our college shortly called NCERC is affilliated to kerala technological university. Curriculum is based on ktu syllabus. Ktu ensures and rely on practical knowledge sessions. Our college have a record on placements. Many big companies like TCS, byjus and amazon comes to our college for campus placements.

Placement Experience :

Many companies visit our college for placements last year TCS, byjus, amazon are the main companies who visited our college. Our college has many industrial tie ups which help the students to get job after the completion of their course.

College Events :

Nsite is the national level technical fest conducted in our college. Bloom is the arts festival which os biggest arts fest in the kerala. These two big program makes us feel proud of our college. Nsite is a program which have a total budget of about 10 lac. And budget of bloom is 50 lac.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure of our college depends on the mark we obtain on 12th class if we obtain more than 90 percent mark in 12th class then our tuition fee will 15000 per year. As your grade goes down the fees increases. 50000 is the maximum tuition fee collected from our college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College offers scholarship oppurtunity. I have got scholarship from the college. My fees have reduced from 50000 to 15000. Our college supports student who studies very well. and they also ensures that we get government scholarships.

Campus Life :

In our course gender ratio is very big. In my class there are onle 2 girls and remining 36 boys. But there is no discrimination or any thing. In hostels we have hostel day. In hostel day we give sent of to our seniors. Also we conduct sports tournament and game tournaments.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are very good and neat, we have attatched bathouroom in our rooms. Rent for the hostel 18000 per year. Rooms are shared between 3 or 4 students. There are also room without bathouroom which have reduction in fees.

External Expense : Rs. 2000 - Rs. 4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Our one of the alumini. Had came for an seminar in our college within 2 year his post in the company has got up and now he is earning more than 1 lac per month.

Admission :

My deep interest in robotics had led me to choose the course mechatronics engineering. Nehouru college of engineering is the one of the few colleges in kerala which have the course mechatronics. Our college is the best college for mechatronics engineering in kerala.

Faculty :

More than 10 to 12 faculties are there in our mechatronics department itself. All the faculties are qualified with mtech and other higher degrees. Our faculties are good at their subject knowledge. We can ask any doubt if we feel. Faculty also supports in our extra activities. I am a robowar participant across kerala and won may prizes. My faculties support me very much.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
