Remarks :
Provide more experienced faculties on computer engineering branch. And also improve CAD lab with new facilities. Make the college more and more green environment. Also the main think that avoid pollution from the factories near the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Mechanical engineering is good course. The department having very good faculty and staffs, and also having improved lab facilities. Now onwards the department is NBA accredited. The exam are consist of two internal examination and a fina examination. The internal examination valued by our teachers and the final examination valued by only externals. The internal examination consist of twenty marks each and ten marks for assignment, so internal section cover total fifty mark and final examination consist of hundred mark
Placement Experience :
There are lots of placement opportunities in computer science engineering,electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering branches. But in mechanical engineering and civil engineering branches having lower placement opportunities. The college providing internship and also we can go for internship outside with college permission during the time stipend may be or may not be provided
College Events :
Techfest like AVEGA,SAMPARK, EXPLORE,SANGRAH,THATVA. And Cultural events like MELANGE, COLLEGE DAY etc are the technical and cultural events in our college. In additionally Football matches like FOOTSAL CUP conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The annual college fee and examination fee is always around 22000. And rest is hostel fees and special fees. While doing a project or seminar we have additional expense for it. It is depend on the project structure it's around 18000-78000. But the project is only on the last year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
E Grant's is the scholarship provided by kerala government for engineering students. Which is availed, it is about providing 12000 rupees per year. Which is use full to pay the annual college fees or hostel fees.
Campus Life :
Almost equal number of mens and womens in the college but in branch ways it may be varied. During technical fest etc workshops are provide for all the persons. And in every year sports day conducted it maybe in 2 or more days. Having good economic and political situation.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel having enough facilities. And providing good food from hostel mess. In the hostel average a 250 students can live. Whe have two blocks for men's hostel each block is capable of accomodating 250 persons. The each room in the hostel are identical, it having proper ventilation and good room structure.
Alumni/Alumna :
The college provide lots of nurishment for me to grow a man during i was strating the study. And give me lots of unforgettable moments events in the life. Moreover it gave new relationship and friendship etc.
Admission :
Thourough KEAM entrance examination, after the entrance examination a rank list is generated. As per in the rank list, I have applied for mechanical engineering in various colleges. During the allotment process a merit list also provided and I have entered in it and I get admission in government engineering college Kannur
Faculty :
We having experienced faculties in our department. All of the difficult papers are handled by the experienced faculties. And other common subject are handled by new faculty. All of the faculty having great knowledge in subject and fair behaviour, and they are capable of grow the new valuable engineers
