Remarks :

It a best Institute in Tamilnadu in the city of Coimbatore which is the educational hub. For day scholars parking for the vehicles are provided separately. The location of college is in center of city. Easily can be accessed by bus or train and even airport is nearby yhe college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The examination pattern is Dual semester and in the 2nd year we could choose the subjects among the various streams provided from Finance, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. From these we can choose which ever course want as its is choice based curriculum system.

Placement Experience :

Yes, college does provide placements for students of all the 4 streams and many companies would come to recruit. Placements will start at the early of 2nd year ie from the month of August itself. And college also provide internship opportunities for 1st year students and most of the companies do provide stipend.

College Events :

Srijana an event where other college students can come and participate and a marketing event know as Value X which will provide you to excel your marketing skills. You could arrange various stalls for the fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

1000000 is the total fee which has to be paid for the course and for the students who get thourough TANCET would get an exception of 600000 rs in the total fee structure as per the Tamilnadu government rule.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Loan facility are given for the students. The students could collect the Bonafide fee structure from the college and could give it to the bank for the loan purpose. In the Bonafide fee structure the entire fees with breakup will be given.

Campus Life :

Open air Amphi Theater is there in the campus where all the cultural fest will be there. Apart from that Trading lab, computer lab, sales lab and convention hall with seating capacity of 150+ is also there

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel infrastructure is good and 24/7 security facility will be provided along with CCTV. Food will be of both south Indian and north indian, students can choose whichever meal type they prefer to have.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, college do provide alumni network for the students where the students could post their questions regarding the curriculum and get clarified. There will be ice breaker sessions by alumni students for the freshers.

Admission :

Have to write CAT, MAT or TANCET entrance exam to get into college. Only thourough entrance test you can get the seat in college. It is one of the best top 50 B-schools in india and best MBA institute in Tamil Nadu.

Faculty :

All the faculties are well trained and most of the faculties have completed their Doctorate and PhD. All the faculties are very engaging with the students and also they support for the growth of students in academic.

About my precious b-school environment and campus friendly surroundings.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd sem, they will be eligible for the campus placements. There are few companies visited and the no of companies offered were only 10 to 15 companies. And there are majorly banking sectors and IT sectors and departmental stores like reliance etc. And the package will be around 4-8 L approx. And the profiles offered are manager, accountant, sales, etc. The percentage of placements is 96-98%. And my plan after getting the degree, selecting the on-campus placement and selected for my job and then becoming my aim or achieving my goal in my life and then travel to my fullest.

An affordable institute- SIMS

Remarks:

My family had it's own business and being the only son, I wanted to be fully prepared before taking after my father. So, to prepare myself I decide to be fully educated and pursue my MBA from from a institute that isn't so far away from my home, hence I found SIMS, which was fairly close to my home and also had a decent reputation in term of education standards. I began the admission process by submitting the application form online through the official website by paying a minimum application fee.

Placement Experience:

I didn't care much about the placement scenario here as I just wanted to get a proper education to handle my family business but they do provide good placement opportunities and the placement cell of Sairam is one of the best according to my batchmates. The hiring companies where most of my friends were hired include Zoho, Inautix, Amazon, Wipro, TCS and much more!

The requirement for the programme include graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum of 50 per cent marks. A valid score in qualifying exam like CLAT or CAT or like exam. Online admission form should be filled and submitted attached with necessary documents. A good college with decent Infrastructure

Admission:

Admission process was simple and direct. I was looking to pursue general MBA and I got to know about the executive MBA later. Only those candidates can apply for the executive MBA who have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities were limited but good. Generally there were pool placement process where a lot of companies would visit to recruit students. We got special preference in the placement process, on account of having a good work experience.
