Remarks :

Overall, the college is a good place to study, learn and to have a good time with your friends and teachers. The college is situated in a place where greenery is in its peak. It is easy to access any place in kochi.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was so stupid that i had to learn outdated techniques and i was unable to learn modern technology. This is the major drawback of this curriculum. The system also introduced various unwanted mandates into it too.

Placement Experience :

The placements are the mabor attracyion of this college. Around 80% of the students get placed in this college which is definitely a huge positive. Also, companies like wipro, tcs etc also recruit from our college.

College Events :

The college conducts a tech fest and an art fest in an academic year. The tech fest is conducted in the odd semester and the art fest in the even semester. In 2 years, a nation wide tech fest is also organised in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is not that feasible but is affordable to a middle class family. The tuition fee comes around Rs 85000. Along with the maintenance fee, the annual fee is around Rs 97000 which is to be paid at the beginning of every year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I haven't availed any loans. So i dont know much about it.

Campus Life :

The college conducts a sports day every year. They also give preference to games such as football, cricket etc. This year, the interzone cup was achieved by our college in football. The cricket team is also in good shape. Labs are all state of the art technologies.

Admission :

I always had an interest for electronics which made me choose the course. The college, which was reputed enough in our district was a must have in the allotment list and i was good enough to get admission.

Faculty :

Out of all the teaching faculty in the college, around 70% of them are well adequate for the reputation of the college. The remaining are just a liability to both the students and the college.

The Rajagiri engineering experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the campus placements in the 6th semester. The average students getting placed in the mechanical department are about 30%. My plan after completing my mechanical engineering degree is to go for masters in business administration

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
