Engineer- [WIEECT], Mumbai

Remarks :

I think good administration would bring the strength back, the office staff other than Mrs. Tejal and two ladies are not so good, Mrs. Tejal will help you as she sees you around. But the others don't want to name everyone knows who is always frustrated by the personal problems on phone and always is ignorant rude and always trying to delay or ask for some other time. Teachers are good though, The college needs a Good principal seriously if you ask any damn student.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes, the faculty of the Biomedical Department was good. Unfortunately, the branch has been closed and I think the whole College was recognized by the Biomedical Department and the Feast it conducts that is the WBC.

Placement Experience :

Earlier the Institute had good placements for all the departments however due to the decline of the Biomedical Department there were no placements companies coming. That was disappointing. The TPO didn't bring a single company.

College Events :

Traditional day, Tech expo, Sports, ENSEMBLE the annual feast included everything technical competition sports dance entertainment everything but when the college shifted from world sea face to Ulhasnagar there the whole beauty of the College went it felt like a village journey to travel to the College with hardly any staff and students.no crowd at all in spite of 5 other different colleges being around.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Yes, expensive at the same time they don't provide as per the fee taken not even the library or laboratory no technical seminars or anything other than or no modern method teaching, Classes should be planned, teachers should be more organized with their giving of work to children because it happens no work by any of them or all work on the same day.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There was no such help with such facilities offered by the College, only those allowed by the university even the refund from the fees I didn't got from the College because it was a bit late and they needed some documents as if they never had a record.

Campus Life :

Sports we had our gymkhana an active gymkhana also during the feast we had sports and the labs were good to accept the computers a bit old and slow we had Mr. Avinash Phirke Sir to teach us AutoCad he was wonderful in his teaching.

Alumni/Alumna :

Some Seniors were very good to help you have to be very particular in choosing your sr. Friends and they are always ready to help with good contact and ways to slide through the problems and difficulties during engineering both academically and in any other aspect if there.

Admission :

I had my sister there in the Biomedical at that time the principal there was Mrs. Sandhya Desai. The College administration was good after the new principal was appointed there was a decline in the Biomedical Department and later on in the rest of the branches, I would never suggest anybody my college.

Faculty :

They are well qualified Dhananjay Sir Hod of is Good he takes all the effort to give all his knowledge to the students however the rest of the teachers for the 1st year are good. Tushar Sir the Maths Faculty and Mishra Sir are also Good, Varsha Joglekar for Bussiness Communications is also an excellent faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly, I never chose bsc as a earning source or for jobs. I'm very interested in learning biology, especially microbiology. Our professors gives us practical knowledge along with theory. Our botony teacher Mr. Kanade sir is very supportive in businesses related to botony. Such as spirulina cultivation. He showed us an interview of a 23 yr old man who is earning in lacs through spirulina cultivation.

The college has a placement cell which works hard to ensure deserving students get a chance for working at a good firm. The cell has a WhatsApp group of interested students and regular updates of internships and job offers are posted on the group which is accessible to everyone. The percentage of placements is undisclosed. The average package is said to be 5LPA.

For eligibility, you must have graduated in any field. The average package is 2lac. Most of the students apply for placement but the result is hardly about 5-10%. After my degree, I will pursue a postgraduate and then will apply for Ph.D.

Placement Experience:

After the 5th semester, all the students are eligible for the placement and Internships provided by the College. Various well known companies comes for the placement cell and picks the students who has not only scored well in his/her exams but also how much interactive they were during interview and how much basic and verious knowledges they have apart from there course. Highest package was 4-5 lakh per annum and average 2.5-3 lakh per annum. The selection of candidates in the placement cell are for all the various job profiles for ex. Software Engineer , ui/ux , Cyber security , web developer / designer and etc etc. In a batch of class around 60-70% students were placed in placement and Internships. I had planned to get the degree in cs and to learn ui ux design and to apply for the intership for 2-3 companies so after that I can apply for the big and famous companies like FAANG.

Remarks:

Overall, the college manages to imbibe work-level competitiveness among students. Due to the lack of support from the college in several aspects, as explained above, students are taught to be self-sufficient and not rely on the college for persistent help and guidance.
